Moving
Teams were very professional and on time. My furniture had to be moved from dining and living rooms to my two bedrooms and then moved back. No storage involved. The teams were dependable and professional and took great care with my furniture, causing no damage. I would highly recommend Golan's for anyone contemplating a move.
They were wonderful. Everything was accomplished in very professional
Everything was accomplished in VERY professional fashion. Up to and including returning to turn a shelf in the breakfront that was inadvertently put in upside down. They came the same day they were called and took prompt care of it. Highly recommend them.
Slow, Expensive, Careless
Sorry to say my experience was awful. Some boxes upside down. Clothes fell off in wardrobe boxes. Mirror removed from dresser-and every screw was stripped when they left and had to call handyman to repair. Extremely slow(chargedbyhour) No organization in truck. Paid much more than other companies quoted me. And total chaos.
Unrivaled service
Because we had great experiences with three previous moves, we waited for them to be available. Wise choice. The crew took care of everything & worked extremely hard. One suggestion would be to have an estimator come out if there's any doubt about the size of the job. Overall, wouldn't move with anyone else.
Smooth Move
The move went great. They handled our belongings as if it were their own. Highly recommend using these guys.
Well Done
The move was done efficiently, quickly, damage-free, and under the cost estimate. Audi, Andres, Leopardo, and Jose did good work in good spirits while carrying things up to a second floor walk up. The topper was a good music jam after the work was finished.
Communicative, efficient, cost effective
They were highly recommended to me so I went with them, so glad I did!
They were very accommodating of my strange timing needs. The building I moved into had a loading docks with limited time windows and they made it work so that I would fit into my window.
They were prompt, communicative, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing by the way the movers on site communicated with each-other.
They allowed me to direct them to each room as each box and piece of furniture came in so that it was placed in the correct room. All my things arrived as they left the old building.
I would definitely move with them again!
Complicated Move
I had lots of moving parts and was not exactly sure what I was moving and where or when. Richard was patient and helpful with the estimate and move, and also diligent in staying in touch with me as questions were being answered and problems solved, until the time of moving. I had two moves on two consecutive days and both times the crew was professional, competent and efficient. I did the packing except for the artwork and the lamps, and everything was in excellent shape upon unpacking. I highly recommend Golan's Moving and Storage.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with Golan's. It damaged all my furniture (ALL PIECES), broke my TV and lost one of my bags. It worked as a Broker and sent a disqualified team to my house who used my credit card information for a scam. At the delivery, it did not finish to resemble my furniture. Additionally, it delivered my furniture with a huge delay!!!
Excellent Service.
My mother was in the process of downsizing and recently moved from one condo to another. Golan's delivered wardrobe boxes in advance and was careful and meticulous when moving out and into each location. The crew was lead by Martin who was patient and thorough. Each move was late in the day toward the end of the week. The men were tireless and caring. They deconstructed and reconstructed a desk in each location. Moving can be stressful. Martin and his crew were patient, kind and supportive. They made a difference !!
Moving large pieces of furniture.
I would like to thank Golan's moving company, for their employees' work ethics. Maneuvering large heavy pieces of furniture down a narrow staircase with ease was remarkable. They arrived on time and with the required items for the move, for example, pads, straps, and enough manpower. Thank you again. You have one very happy customer.

Excellent! From beginning to end it could not have been a better experience. On time, professional, courteous, top notch. Went above and beyond to accommodate. Not a single item broken or damaged. I would highly recommend them and already have. On my list for my next move. Golans was able to do it all when other companies could only do some of what needed to be done not everything. Golan your the best!

I used Golan's Moving & Storage for pick-up, delivery and storage services. I didn't feel like driving a truck this time around and my only other option was to use them. I called them and booked them. The customer service head was very responsive, helped me a lot and make this stressful event a little easier. I am so happy with the work of Golan's Moving & Storage team. They are no doubt the best and professionals.
Bad experience!!
What a bad dream of an organization. You will get the most unprofessional people, loss of items, delay of items, and hidden fees. I was charged an extra $550 for a shuttle service that was not required. They delayed my all stuff which were took max 2 days. There was frame of mind from the staff and bogus guarantees that they would investigate it. Lost many of my items. NEVER EVER USE THEM !!
Do Not Use This Company !
They are just rogues out to cheat people. They quoted me 2000 dollars for my move and charged me 4000 on the actual day. I was in tight corner with everything including tickets planned , so had no option ! They stopped returning my emails and calls after charging me money. My stuff was delivered at their leisure and of course, lot of items were missing. Do not make your move a lasting pain and stress.
