A Horrible Experience.
This "company"gave me a "binding estimate" for a move, then jacked the price up when they came to pick up my things. It was too late to call anyone else, so I got suckered into paying. They were then two weeks late delivering my stuff, lost some significant items, broke other things, and now their phones are "temporarily unavailable". I suspect they have folded their tents and fled in the night and are going to set up shop somewhere else under another name. Check out the reviews on YELP. The local police also told me that they have received numerous complaints.
Scam.
This company is currently holding my house hold goods hostage for money. They do not own their own moving trucks so they rent from local rental companies. They showed me a false weigh ticket for an empty truck which was lighter then the truck actual is empty then tried to charge me for more weight then was actual in the truck. Then tried to charge me for a shuttle service since they took a job for an inter state move but are an in state moving company and the charge me for the subcontracted moving truck to cross the country. The business address comes back to a Hindu Temple and not the actual company. They will over charge you every way they can and then when your goods show up most things are damage. You can confirm on Yelp. Do not use this company.
