1. Fraudulent and Unprofessional

   It is a company managed by a woman Eglis Mingle and her husband out of Davie FL. They have rented a warehouse in Aurora, CO. They will pick up all of your items and place them inside the warehouse until they are able to hire random workers and pay them cash to drive your items across the country. You will never get phone calls and you will have to call daily. If you show even the slightest signs of anxiety (because they have no system in place), the husband Rob Mingle will threaten to impound your items and send them to Washington state. He will also tell you to hire an attorney if you continue to harass (call daily to know where your stuff is) him. It took over a month to receive my things, all transactions were through Venmo or Cashapp. Who knows what they report to the IRS on their end. Items arrived damaged. I was upcharged once items arrived and several things were missing from my bins. I am not sure I have ever been through a more stressful situation. I am so sad to know this couple takes advantage of wonderful people. I am so thankful the nightmare is over and have absolutely learned my lesson. Please use a reputable company like PODS. These guys have been reported to the commissioner of Colorado. Be careful out there.

2. Amazing Move

   I used Good Move USA to move me from Denver, Co to Austin, TX. The move was a smooth and easy process. I will be using Good Moves for any move in the future.

3. Worst mistake i ever made

   First they showed up late, then they doubled the price, showed up with a uhaul that holds 1682 cu feet by uhaul website for what they had estimated them selfs was 2400. took 2 uhauls plus, but neither uhaul was fully loaded because of there equiptment in back. by this i fiqure 3400 cu feet but they charged for 4600. we were over a barrel because we sold the house but because they were late we were late leaving, cost us $250,also another months storage fee. also because goodmove sales man did not tell movers about motorcycle or storage unit was charged extra. they also made us pay up front money but we were over a barrel, this is not industry norm. but mostly mad because they have not delivered our stuff. they showed up september 29 and this is november 22. probably not even on the truck. industry norm is three weeks if problem with truck after dozens of calls with them making excuses and promises when they would answer still nothing. called this morning on 5 numbers,3 answeing machines, one no answer and one disconnected. trying to fiqure out the right police department to call. a worry for me is on another website which made them look good, 6 of the last 7 reviews where bad, are they guiting business.

   I had no issue using these guys, highly recommend them for your next state to state move.

5. Unethical Business Practices

   Good Move USA is the most corrupt, unprofessional business there is. They showed up on my doorstep saying it will take 14-31 business days to have my goods delivered. Since my wedding stuff was on the truck, I needed it within a two week window. They kindly offered a service called Premium Guaranteed Service, or PGS. They told me it would be delivered within 7 days for an extra fee. Fast forward to day 7, and I reach out to a gal named [NAME EDIT]. [NAME EDIT] tells me the truck is being loaded today, a Monday. I ask when it is being delivered, as Monday is day 7, and I will be at my wedding on Saturday. She then begins to scream at me, saying it is 7-10 business days, and tells me I am harassing her. [NAME EDIT[ continues to ignore multiple attempts to reach her throughout the week. On Friday, as I am driving to my wedding, [NAME EDIT] calls me to tell me my stuff will be delivered on Saturday, and since I will not be there, be charged a holding fee. As I explained that I will not be there, and Saturday was not a business day, [NAME EDIT] continues to yell, scream, and be unapologetic of the situation. I finally get a hold of the "manager" and threaten law suits if they charge me a holding fee. As soon as I brought up the word court, the "manager"; backed off and said she would not charge me anything. The delivery finally took place on a Monday, the 10th business day. I proceeded to call the manager, and she blocked my number. As it turns out, Good Move USA contracted out the delivery, and never had a say in how long it would take to get there. Throughout my experience they did nothing but place blame on the broker, refused to answer my phone calls, lied and manipulated, and did some of the most unethical business practices one could do. This experience has been written up in detail, and reported to the FTC the BBB, and the Attorney General of Colorado. It is too late for me to get my money back, but hopefully they get put out of business and get the karma they deserve.

6. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BAIT AND SWITCH LIARS

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is garbage. They are absolute bait and switch liars. I will be suing them for damages caused by promising in writing that they could deliver my shipment on a set day. the day before they are to pick up they call and say they won't be doing that and it will be an extra 10 days. THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS. I will be posting this anywhere and everywhere possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. [EDIT]. THIS WOULD BE 0 ZERO STARTS BUT THEY DON'T LET YOU DO THAT

7. Excellent Move

   Eglis and her team were amazing from start to finish. I was kept informed through the whole process. Communication was excellent and I was always up to date on everything that was going on. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Eglis, good move usa, and her entire team. I would highly recommended then to anyone do a move. Moving is an extremely stressful time and Eglis made sure to answer all my questions and them some. She always answered even when I called her several times a day! 5 stars all the way!

8. Perfect Packers

   My experience with this company was perfect. The Heavy and Fragile items and the price changing were both a huge worry but they did a great job packing everything, to get the best price and accurate services send the company pictures OR We also requested a live quote and they sent Cecil and his crew and they did a fantastic job in quoting, packing, and protecting and OF COURSE PLANNING! Eglis your the BEST for helping us plan this crazy move for me and my parents and our 4 dogs! This is the only company that packs international style and didn't overcharge us. We highly recommend them and we will use them again.

   

9. Remote move & no surprise fee & great customer service

   We've never used movers before - we thought it was a waste of money since we are young and can move things ourselves. During this move, we needed to move our furniture when we were already moved out of our house. Eglis was amazing - she understood our situation and worked with us in a short time frame. She also made sure what needed to be packed and not packed by communicating with her team and me. We received our furniture and items without a scratch in a very short amount of time. Their service was worth every penny!! Thank you guys again for the service! We would definitely use Good Move USA for any future moves.

10. Move from Colorado to Florida

    I had the best experience with everyone from this company. The gentleman who estimated my move to the dispatcher who took endless calls from me because my moving needs kept changing;the movers were very professional and packed up my belongings very quickly.
    
    Currently my belongings are in storage and I appreciate the patience of the dispatcher when it comes to schedule and yes, reschedule the delivery because of my housing situation.
    
    All in all I could not have picked a better company for my move!

11. Great Customer Service

    The team that came to move my family member's belongings were efficient and respectful. They made sure everything was packed and wrapped well. I needed Good Moves to come ASAP and the dispatcher helped make that happen. She was great! Anytime I had a question about the move the dispatcher was always there to answer my call. And the cost was very reasonable. It was a very difficult time for my family and Good Moves was a great support.

12. Best Move USA

    I have moved so many times and this is the BEST company EVER. I really need a company to help me, my daughter move from Florida to Aurora, Colorado and make stops to storage units, I made a great choice and the price was on point, I took extra things and paid a little extra, We get what we pay for and THIs Is The Best Service - thank you Cecil

13. Best Colorado Movers

    I have moved my family cross country several times, and Its like Finding GOLD with these guys, WOW! Cecil and his crew packed us and moved us to NM using all the tools and skills that everyone deserves, he protected the walls, the floors and all my china, thank you, and great supporting staff, kept us in the loop 24/7, again WOW. This is the best company in Denver

14. Amazing Team

    I found this company online, their reputation was almost impeccable. I gave them a call and within in hour we went over everything in my 2 bedroom home. They were thorough and reminded me of things I may have overlooked. Still after this initial call my husband said he wanted no surprises on pick up day so we requested an in home walk through. Due to the pandemic however, we were advised against it and they suggested we do a facetime walkthrough instead. This made my husband and I very happy. We rather be safe & healthy than sorry. After our facetime call the rep was able to spot of few items of our furniture that were considered bulky and fragile. We immediately felt a sigh of relief because we knew we just avoided a major unwanted surprise. The overall move took 4 hours to do and there was some partial packing for movers involved. The crew they sent were phenomenal professional and polite. We had the same crew deliver our stuff on the other end. We could not have been happier with that. On delivery day the movers assembled and the furniture and put them in their correct rooms. We’re extremely happy with how well this move went, and will be recommending them to everyone we know. They have a great customer support system in place which is why we chose them.

15. Excellent, Great Price and Extremely Accommodating

    We hired Good Move USA from an internet Ad and from the moment we talked to them our experience started with a positive, friendly and up beat vibe. They were able to give us the best price to move from Aurora, Colorado to Charlotte, NC. considering our move was last minute. We literally had only 1 week to get things going. I got a new job and needed to move within a week. Eglis Mingle and the staff not only accommodated my last minute move but offered the best price in town of $5700 which matched her original quote.
    
    Since I needed to fly in for work Elgis and her team packed my house, setting up a cleaning crew and took special car care of many precious & priceless valuables. In addition, she left the key with the realtor allow my home to close in record time. Upon arrival I meet the crew and they unpacked my house, set it up, cleaned and even bought groceries. I am so please with Good Move USA I will always use them as I relocate every 2 years. It's comforting knowing you have a moving company you can trust and rely on which is priceless in such a questionable world. I just wish I meet Good Move USA sooner. Thanks to Good Move USA I was able to start my job without any interruptions in my routine. I highly recommend them, they truly care about you and your belongings!!
