First time using movers. They screwed us.
For anyone looking to move in or around Atlanta, GA do NOT use Guardian Movers (https://guardianmovinginc.com/) out of Atlanta, GA.
Our binding contract (of $1,310) said we would have 2 trucks and 4 men for 8 hours on moving day for a set amount to move our entire house, and when the day came only 2 men in 1 truck showed up. Throughout the day they told us the other truck and guys were on their way, but none ever showed up. Then they charged us more money to move since it took longer for 2 guys to move only 2 rooms in our house. They would not unload the truck at our new home until we paid them the money over our contract amount (over $800 more than the contract amount). They would not take a check, and expected us to find additional cash as 11 PM when we only had the money they told us we’d owe per our contract to move our entire house (had to use $500 Zelle, $410 & $475 Cash App, and $751 cash). We had to call their supervisor Josh multiple times, and he told us the rate was the same for 1 truck and 2 guys compared to 2 trucks and 4 guys (which is NOT what our contract stated).
They did not finish moving our house, and they damaged my husband’s museum quality statue because they did NOT wrap it or protect it as promised for transport (which was promised with the white glove service they told us we’d receive). They also did NOT come back the next day to finish the job, or offer to give us any form of reasonable discount for half the service our contract stated we’d receive. Please do NOT use this company!

I got in contact with Josh and stay one very informative about the procedure they ordered boxes for me from home Depot for free when the movers Bobby in Jersey came this is a very great job they were very time consistent very informative about pricing my third time moving this time was the best time

The movers showed up on time as promised . That was a very pleasant experience Robert was there throughout the whole procedure ! The Movers helped my mom pack her whole house and nothing was damaged once we unpacked. Definitely made our move way less stressful then it could of been ! Thanks again

Awfully BAD movers, Break every thing, And go through your stuff. Hours late in both arrival and coming to the next address moving to. Every day changed from contract we signed for more and more money. NOTHING LIGIT ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR PROFESSIONAL. If you meet [NAME EDIT] run the biggest liar a company could resent.

I’d just like to say the movers exceeded my needs for the move. They gave me a great quote. They were on time, helped with packing and unpacking. I Couldn’t have asked for a better moving service.
Never received my items.
Received half of my stuff. I have the top on my dining room table and mattresses but no bed frames. Was promised delivery dates over and over. A week ago they told me my delivery would be here that weekend and after they never showed they have not returned any of my email, text or calls. Now I have to track pictures and receipts for police report and insurance. I can never get back my items that belonged to my babies or my father that passed away. I have never recieved any answers from someone higher up than Jason, who told me in the beginning not to worry everything would be safe and delivered. I just want to get my personal belongings returned to me.

Last year and December they move from NEW Orleans to Tampa fl they was on time they very professional with they moving everything was just had I left it nothing was broke they was very happy I go back to them again when it time to ever move again and I will send people I no who want to move to them they are very good at what they do and I love they Service.

A couple hrs late but still was amazing.
Signed contract n was ready for movers I thought I was going to have a bad experience read a review n was like damn I'm next but did they surprise me. Once they got in my home the were clean and wearing mask they did everything how I asked and was out my home in 3 hrs packing a 3 bedroom I just received my stuff an HR ago and all I can say is thank you for relocating my family n I not damaging my stuff . It was definitely a great experience will definitely send you recommendations Jason??
Still had to get a Truck.
The mover was a couple days late picking up and dropping off. I still had to go and get a truck to get the rest of my things and pretty much unpacked myself except a couple of things:.
They wasted my time and stole my money..
I paid a $500 deposit to have movers take our stuff from Virginia to Florida. they seemed nice, and good priced. I texted them the day before they were supposed to come and they told me that it would be the next day, so I called them that day, they first said it would be after noon, then after 3 then after 6 then they said your driver is in your town and will be there in the morning. I called the driver the next morning and he said he was still in North Carolina with a flat tire, so they tried to re route a truck to me, they said there would be one by 11 that morning.. I called at 11:30 and the driver said he was still at least 2 hours out, so I called them and told them I was headed to U-haul to do it myself, they then told me that was fine but they would not give me my deposit back because I was denying service and it wasn't 7 days in advance. even though they couldn't get there act together, the whole time dealing with this things just kept getting shadier and shadier. long story short don't use them, they will steal your money and waste your time.

Typically moving especially national is always a hassle but Jason and Gabriel communicated with me the entire way and delivered my goods in a timely matter without damaging anything. Service was exceptional!

Guardian moving did my move about a month it was an Awesome Experience I did not have any issues about pricing the movers were uniform. And ready the rep was nice . Delivery went very smooth . Dispatch were friendly.

It was a great experience was in contact with Jason while my good was in their hands . It took them 5 days to deliver my goods to Tx.. I got in contact with guardian thru a guy who moved my mom locally she actually really trust him . I enjoyed the service I would highly recommend this company. Thanks lisa. Everything came in one piece driver Evan's very nice and professional great team all together.
