  1. Thanks for making our move such a pleasant one!

    The crew at Hallmark Moving made our move the smoothest we have had so far. Their communication throughout the quote, booking, and moving process has been fantastic. When the guys arrived this morning, they were prompt and called 5 minutes before their arrival to give us a heads up. Once they arrived, they were thorough, courteous, and extremely helpful. Not to mention they price was very competitive and in fact cheaper than many other companies. Thanks for making our move such a pleasant one!

  3. Buyer beware

    Hired this company through a brokerage and they picked up my belongings on 12/02/2020 to move me from VA to TN and it was horrible but finally delivered 12/23/20,(I was originally quoted it was to be delivered 12/13/2020!) The owner kept telling me I just didn’t read my contract but he changed the delivery date 3 times without notice. He tried to say it was delayed due to a snowstorm in Connecticut, and told me I was stupid for not knowing that would effect me?!? He also, never updated the brokerage company so I was completely left in the dark. And then he threatened me by saying “ I needed to be nicer to the person who was moving my stuff. “ He just kept saying you didn’t read the contract. Well my contact promised professional door to door service and that is far from what I received. Calling your customers [EDIT], [EDIT] and other derogatory names when they just wanted the job to be done as stated or contacted professionally with the changes is apparently too much to ask for. So if you want to pay thousands of dollars and then insulted when things don’t go this man’s way then hire away!

  4. The Big Move

    These guys were amazing!! We just moved our mom from GA to FL. It was our first time using a moving company and now, we're hooked! Their customer service was excellent and they reassured us that everything would be taken care of.

    The guys (Bryan & Micah) that moved us were very polite and extremely hard working. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and everything arrived on-time, with no damage.

    I would highly recommend Hallmark Moving LLC and will definitely use them for all my future moving needs.

  5. Lost my stuff; no response; no claim process

    Hallmark Movers were subbed by Empire Moving Group, Nicholas Hall contracted services for my Dec 2020 move from FL to TN for a pre-Christmas move. The move was subbed to Hallmark Movers, who started to deliver the wrong furniture on Dec. 23. Nicholas from Empire has not answered one call or email since original contract. On Dec. 23, Chad from Hallmark verbally assured me that my items would be delivered the next day. He assured me that my stuff was in FL warehouse. (Drivers cannot drive more than 350 miles/day so IMPOSSIBLE to have my stuff move the 710 miles in less than 1 day). On Jan. 3, most of my stuff was delivered, except for my Casper mattress, bed frame, and ladder. The men who picked and delivered my goods were awesome.

    I have called Nicholas and Chad and emailed at least 15 times in the past month asking about my stuff. Nicholas has not answered one email or call. Chad emailed me that “my items were found and looking into delivery.” He has refused my requests for photos, and location of the items. He suggested a claim process and, despite my emailed requests, has not provide a claim process. What else can I do to get my furniture delivered and submit a claim process????
