TERRIBLE SERVICE/DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
This has been the most horrific experience I have ever had. We had a contract with Hercules Moving Solutions (broker) and then a second party, American Home Relocation based out of Atlanta. Not only did we have to wait over a month for our items, along with ignored phones calls, excuses etc. We now have our things and our TV is shattered, beds missing pieces, items stolen, boxes clearly opened and more!! Again, no one is picking up our calls to address these issues. (This is making a long story short) To summarize this was a terrible experience, we have damaged property and now no one is returning or picking up our calls.
Move from New Orleans, LA to Cleveland, OH
This is not an exaggeration...this is the worst and most unethical company I have ever dealt with. The movers showed up two days late, they charged me $800 more than the original price, and they are not returning my phone calls. They literally are still holding my belongings in storage and I can't get anyone to call me back for delivery. I will have to call law enforcement. This is a huge scam!
Move Completed
Just finished up with the mover earlier in the week finishing up my check list to confirm everything was here . Driver and I went over a quality check list before loading and after assembly and everything looked good then and I was able to confirm everything these last few days. Moving team was good, didnt converse much, getting everything done quickly and safely loading and stacking the truck. Drop off was a success as well and they made sure to protect the floors and walls.
Safely moved with out a problem
Great overall service from hercules and its crew. Always worried people wont treat your things the same way you do. Not hercules, they made sure my stuff was secure and took up the space it was supposed to. Cannot thank yall enough for being great at what you do!
Ghosted after taking money
Pros
-My stuff arrived and actually very quickly
-Before the move, the communication was decent and they were very responsive (more on this later)
Cons
-Costs were almost 50% higher than what they estimated. I gave a list of all the stuff I was moving, updated it with a few more things, they said it was fine and within the allotted space BUT the company they contracted out only had the original list and said I was almost 30% over capacity.
-Nightstand was broken on arrival
-Contacted support, no response, repeated attempts to contact about the increased fees and broken nightstand-- they just completely ignored everything after I paid.
I went with this cause it was cheaper than many alternatives and I regret it. It ended up being more expensive than several other options after all the fees and damages. Dish out more money for a real company.
I can’t reach anyone and late
I was guaranteed my belongings would arrive on time, and so far they are a full week late. No one is picking up any of my calls, and I have no idea when my belongings will actually arrive. When I try to get a refund, I’m referred to numbers that don’t work. In general, the customer service and communication has been poor. The cost estimate I was given at the beginning was completely wrong, and I was expected to tip large amounts of money to the actual movers because apparently they didn’t receive much of the money from the move. I also was not present, so I was expected to wire the money. I have no idea what is going on or where my belongings are.
Amazing service
Trustworthy, reliable, punctual, clean. I have expensive and fragile furniture and they took care of it like their own. Moving was seamless thanks to them.
Professional/Affordable
Let me start off by saying how professional and highly helpful Hercules Moving company was in coordinating the move despite the challenge with COVID-19 pandemic. Hercules Moving Solutions did such an amazing job moving my entire house from Ohio to Arizona. Everyone I worked with was helpful and did what they said they would do and even more. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly . All of my belongings were handled with care. If i ever decide to do another big move would definitely call them again. Thank you so much for your services !Highly recommend this company !!!
Best moving company!
Amazing service!!! I cannot tell you how hectic it was to find the right moving service. Before moving I have heard some terrible stories of furniture missing. Old family China broken. Even as horrible as gone missing and nowhere to be found with someone’s belongings. After hearing from a friend about a new moving company that has great service and everything perfectly moved and delivered without any complications, I knew I was in the right hands. From the beginning Hercules Moving Solutions listened very carefully to my instructions, assured me that all my belongings will be moved safely, and they did move everything with extreme care and perfect service! I am happy to have found the best movers!!! Could not thank them more!
