  1. HQ Moving and Superstar Van lines were both scamming together.

    I have been through the same thing you all have been through last year in February 2018. This company was working with Superstar Van lines, they have also been shut down. I reached out to the District attorney in Florida about Superstar vanlines, transportation, better business bureau you name it, and can't get any help. I have also spoken to the "owner" of HQ several times in 2018 and even submitted a claims form that they provided for missing and damaged goods and memorabilia last year in June, and never heard anything else from these two horrible companies. I lost so much money. But now they are both shut down. Are we all getting our money back?,..I have receipts, and emails from the company threatening to auction my stuff if I didn't pay, and even though I paid what they asked for..my items were still broken and missing.   2. Avoid High Quality Moving Services Denver, CO.

    Poor communication. Estimate accuracy was poor. One of the movers spent most of the time on the phone using foul language. Had to come back the next day. Almost missed house closing because they didn't show up when promised. Had to move items myself into the garage so we could get out of the house on time. Items missing or damaged. They did not provide pamphlet detailing rights and responsibilities as required by law. Mover filled out the insurance option and did not even mention I could purchase additional coverage. I was not aware that was an option, since they didn't provide the information as required legally. The company refused any liability above the minimum even though they did not fulfill their legal requirements. The losses and damages exceeded 1000 dollars but they offered me 74.00 for damages. Delivery was two days later than requested.
