Jack and his group were extremely professional and very nice. From starting the first phone call till at the end of the move they were so nice. I was moving from the city to NC. They did an excellent job for me and provided me a great experience which I never expect from any other moving company.

The experience was pleasant and reassuring, from Jack handling the arrangements to foreman Mick controlling the movement. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and cared. Pricing and details were upfront. I highly recommend the guys from HomeSafe Moving! It was a brilliant and hassle-free move from TX to FL (despite the pouring rain). HomeSafe Moving were great at communicating with me before and during the move. The guys were friendly, very efficient, and took great care of my stuff, moving all my items safely. HomeSafe Moving Paisley FL - HORRIBLE.
Home Safe Moving and Storage. Paisley FL - DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR PRICE - YOU WILL BE SORRY! Want to give negative Stars.
They damaged our furniture, lost a table, and dumped our goods at the storage unit entrance..did not place into unit. Cursed me out, threatened to lose my goods..HORRIBLE. Thinking there is some type of criminal aspect to this group.
Move from Florida to NJ. Romeo, .. sales guy promised they do not subcontract (they did) and that the delivery would be done within 3-6 days - took 2+ weeks). Six days pass and no communication. Calls to Romeo go unanswered. Ask to speak with managers..Kim..all promises and no delivery Then, for a period of a week we are told that the delivery will be the next day and that they will call prior..no calls. Finally receive a call from Noame (can barely understand him) who says he is the owner of the truck (not Safeguard) and that his driver stole his money and abandon his truck. Can you believe this?
Four days later - I get a hold of Shai (Sean) English not his strong point who tells me to go F myself, that I am a D bag and that they may never deliver my goods. He threatens that if I make any additional calls to find status, they will lose my delivery.
I manage to talk him off of his crazy position he promises me delivery on Sunday..which becomes Monday..which becomes Wednesday.
Finally - the truck does arrive and the driver dumps my furniture the Storage facility ..does not place it into the storage unit. Shows up with no help..ends up hiring a temp at the storage unit. Makes threats against me to run me over. Drops a dresser on the ground damaging it. Broke a chair. Lost / stole a $1,000 kitchen table. We ended up having to move the goods into the unit by ourselves.
Home Safe Moving in Paisley Florida - This company is a sham..crooked to the bone. Not honest.. At every turn, will attempt to upcharge. Think I am exaggerating..absolutely not. I have pictures and videos of the damaged goods. Contact me if you want any more information or if you are thinking of going with them DO NOT USE THEM. Look them up on the BBB site and read those reviews..they have been placed as NON ACCREDITED and now I know why.
Can I get my property please.
I never received all of my goods they were shipped to another home I was promised the return of my goods never received it the property was given to me by my deceased sister Im so hurt nothing is being done and the company doesn't answer the phone for e anymore I had damage goods and the claim was denied because the claim company isn't affiliated with this company anymore..I wish I went with any other company unsatisfied military spouse.
