Horrible Experience - Beware!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Almost all of our items came broken, apparently the truck had a collapsed on itself and when the truck arrived to deliver my husband and I had to get inside and try to find our items. They were crushed (paintings. ceramics, broken dressers etc) I was crushed as well. We both were heartbroken and even worse - I filled out all of the paperwork to file the claim to get money back, and after spending a TON of my time taking photos, writing missing item reports, packaging all of the documents and paperwork, and mailing it to them to review..they said I was only owed $68 bucks. we are devastated. They put you through the ringer to file the damaged goods, when its not even necessary. They know they aren't going to be FAIR in their assessment. I WILL NEVER use this company and I would advise thinking against anyone using them EVER. Maybe they are good with short moves, but cross country trips..they could care less how your stuff arrives.
The drivers and movers even took responsibility when they arrived and apologized, but I guess it doesn't matter..expensive items were completely gone and I got zero customer service from it.
Disgusted by this company and I warn you against using them If you even are thinking of using them, Call me before you do. 323-481-5771.

Very satisfied with their outstanding service.

I have moved again with our super professional company Household Van Lines and this time just have to leave a review. It was our third moving experience with them but for the first time I am actually writing a review for them. Household Van Lines is our trusted company. Now my whole family believes that wherever we move, we will definitely go with them and I would like to recommend them to all of my friends and family. Finally my suggestion for you, if you need to move, just hire them and enjoy your move. Thank you guys!
