Lost My Furniture.
I do not recommend this firm. Do not use them. They are at best incompetent. The furniture I wanted to move from Calgary to Ontario was picked up as planned in Calgary. However, after months of excuses and stories about where the truck was as it made its way across Canada, it became apparent that they were never going to deliver my furniture. The firm then ceased all communication with me and would no longer respond to emails nor did they offer any compensation. The items I was moving were 4 items of furniture that had belonged to my grandmother so were over a hundred years old and I was heartbroken to have lost them.
I would recomend!!
The movers arived on time I found them to be very polite, and stedy workers They packed all of my belonging securly and properly. I had all my property delivered to the destination on time with no damages and it was a very reasonable rate. I will recomend this company to others for sure. Ive read some of the other reviews after my move was completed and I feel that everyone diserves a second chance.

We used IML's subcompany, Alberta Moving Lines (which is also known as Casabella Movers) put us through the worst time of our life.
They did not live up to any of the statements on their website. They were not professional or had their own moving crews, they subcontract all the work out.
The moving crew arrived late in both locations, look longer then they said they would. We paid extra for motorbike transport and didn't come with any equipment for it and then WE had to load the bike ourselves. They didn't know how to properly secure the load, thank goodness we knew how to do it. When they arrived to unload the truck driver got one of my neighbours to move just about everything and only paid him 13 bucks of the 15 that was promised.
We could have paid for a uhaul and gotten better service.
They do not know anything about customer service and have verbally insulted me very heavily. They also illegally charged my fiancee's credit card a second charge of $350.

Delays and Damage.
Movers were to move my residence on Dec.16 at 10am. I was called earlier in the week to change the appointment time from 10 am to noon for the same day. On Dec.16 at 1pm I contacted the moving company and was given the contact information for person to call in Calgary. During this conversation was told that there was a mistake in the system and that the move time was actually updated to 2pm. This is now 4 hours after the agreed time and two hours longer than I accepted the previous week. Once I contacted the person moving my possessions, he said that they were having an issue with the person that was before me and that he would not be there until 4. 6 hours later. He also then confirmed the address in which he was meeting me and they had mixed up the pickup and delivery address so during rush hour had to drive to the other end of the city. Once the movers got there (they did add an additional person to make up time lost) the moving van that they rented had very bald tires. The were stuck in the middle of the street for about half an hour. at about 10 pm, the movers arrived at my new address where tired, as this was a very long day for them, they brought most items only to the door and didn’t want to take anything that they didn’t have to any further. The larger items they struggled with, and in the new house damaged the walls. They also broke an armoire. Once I went back to the "pick up residence" I not only had a huge mess to clean- they didn’t take shoes off during the move, had all stairwell walls damaged as well as a full truck load of items that didn’t get put in the van. I contacted the lead person who originally arranged the move who said that he would credit me $100.00. It took me longer to move the rest of the items and clean their mess, but at this point I agreed to that. I have contacted IML three times in regards to the refund and I still have not received it. I would never recommend this moving service.. Terrible. .
Excellent Service.
I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were courtious and freindly. They handled my belongings with the greatest of care. I would highly reccomend IML International Moving Lines.
