Beware doing business with this company. Our company has been chasing them for six months on past due bills amounting to $2,500.00. I have personally contacted them at least ten times in this period, specifically Yaron Arbietman, Karin Buskila, and Precilla Gajudo. Precilla did write back on my initial inquiry, saying "I copied accounting on this email to advise us of payment status." You guessed it, that's the last I heard from them. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being taken for a ride, along with your "stuff.".
Stolen items.
Beware of Bekins I Move Green in Bronx NY. They hide the boxes they want to steal in the truck cab or under blankets, search the truck all over. If you can't count all your boxes note it on the form before you sign. Not that this will help because they leave off what they are stealing in the initial count.Their insurance is phony, they wait the required number of days by law and then tell you that your claim is not valid. Do not let them pack boxes for you, that is how they put aside what they want to steal.
Very Bad News.
We performed moving services for IMOVE GREEN back in the summer of 2014 and have never been paid for it. I call the office 3-4 times a week and they tell me KAREN BUSCULA that pays the bills will call me back but never does. I have talked to Carl, Aaron, and everyone in dispatch. Joy Yoffey, and Jeff Sitt the owner and still nothing. This company relies on movers around the country to handle their customers but does not pay us for our work. because they ask us to perform the work and then do not pay I would say they are very dishonest. there are many companies to choose from for international I would not recommend this company. BEWARE!

I interviewed six companies, Dan Lamar of I move Green/Bekins, gave me the highest price, predicated on his assurances of excellent service and professionalism. I was moving expensive furniture, stereo equipment, original oil paintings and extensive wine glass collection of Riedel, from Germany plus my burl 84" high grandfather clock. Lamar spent literally hours explaining how every item would be packed, crated, protected. Firstly they packed the glassware fine if you consider placing a piece of stereo equipment at the bottom of a fragile glass box. They left a painting among our personal property and charged us for the crate $195 that was never delivered. They crated the other paintings in wood, without bubble wrapping the canvas and frames, so they banged against the crate, one now completely worthless, the canvas being scratched. The painting they forgot, they picked up later and shipped to me in a mirror carton. They snapped the first weight of the clock and never included the pendulum in the $250 crate, lost it, found it and shipped it 6 weeks later in a cardboard wrapping (looked like an accordion). Had no materials to wrap my mark Levinson #23 amplifier, but wrote on the inventory that they would bubble wrap and crate prior to shipping, haha. Bekins/Wheaton"S claims adjustor, Gino Germana & Son, Inc. Was a furniture touchup and repair man, by profession, and never even heard of mark Levinson stereo equipment, we showed him the cardboard it was shipped in, upside down, the sparking and the left channel not working and he reported that there were to dents on the steel encasement of the 100 lb amplifier ($9000) replacement item; he had to agree about the clock, but never saw an original museum quality painting in his life and said the 50-year-old nails in the frame split the wood, and couldn't see any damage on the canvas. End result we paid for full replacement value and Laura Pung, their claims manager denied the claim. They were the highest bid but promised full replacement value, so we took them, then they took us for thousands of dollars. Did I mention the movers tried to extort 20% of the total bill as a tip?
