Do not ever use this company.
I recently moved states using imovers. After paying the deposit they told me that they would send me an invoice, confirm addresses and contact details and pick up my items either sunday or monday. None of these things happened. I never received an invoice and they didn't show up to collect my load and didn't call. After I called them several times, we arranged pickup, which happened 5 days after originally organised. A week later they hadn't made any contact to organise a drop off time, again, I called them several times to organise a day. Delivery was organised for Sunday. The ONLY call I ever received from them was on sunday afternoon to tell me that me delivery would not be happening, but they would come first thing monday morning. Tuesday morning they showed up, again with no call monday morning to let me know they weren't coming. When my things finally were delivered there were several items missing. We have called every day trying to organise finding my missing items or reimbursement, every day Jean-Claude promises us a resolution, every day he makes no action whatsoever. Now, after 2 weeks of phone calls, he's started flicking our calls to voicemail. They clearly never intended to do any of the things they promised us and just told us what we wanted to hear to get us off the phone. One of the most blatantly uncaring companies I have ever had to deal with. .
Movers.
Our movers, Nigel and Josh were very organized, fast, and efficient. They helped us with a few problems we had with a smile. They are a great team. If we ever have to move again,I will call IMovers. I highly recommend these movers. You guys are the best. I give you 10 stars.
