Professional,will work with you
My sister is physically challenged was not able to pack all she had in her apt properly,the movers assisted her,the move took more time Mr medley worked with me adjusted the time and my sister moved into her new apt.this situation could have been very bad but because of Mr medley willingness to work with me in getting the task done all was well.since I reside out of state everything was handled by telephone on my sister's behalf.I definitely appreciate the professional, human manner Mr medley handled the move.
Great price and hard workers
These guys aren’t going to wrap your furniture and do all that fluff, that’s for you to do b4 they arrive, but they will work their butts off non-stop to get your move completed in the shortest amount of time possible. Hard work in a timely fashion minus the finesse. Just make sure to wrap your breakables well or move the delicate things on your own. If choose these guys any day.
Not professional movers
Furniture was not wrapped or protected. They moved a dresser up a flight of stairs without taking the mirror of. Nightstand was broken. Glass shelf broken. Lots of scratches on my brand new floors and marks on my walls. And they still have my garage door opener. Won’t return it after multiple weeks of asking. I gave them 2 stars only because 3 of the guys worked hard as bd for the most part were hustling.

They were right on time and worked non Stop for 2 hours

Not Satisfied.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately we did. They were 2.5 hours late. Then the movers caused A LOT of damage to our piano and bench by not securing it properly in the truck. The front leg was torn off the piano! The bench was mottled with scratches and digs into the wood. They admitted to the damage, but THEY ARE NOT INSURED, and did not pay anything to repair the furniture. We were left with hundreds of dollars in repairs; this was the worst moving experience ever.
