Scam
This address is linked to an apartment complex! Do not use these frauds! I am yet to receive my furniture or a call in regards to my items!!
Did not deliver as promised, insurance useless.
JK promised to move me into a house April 1st, when the previous tenant was moving out. They got here early and demanded that I rent a storage unit. I had to pay a second moving company and the storage unit to move me at the correct date. No compensation was provided. I had purchased insurance and received $200 towards a completely shredded mattress. I am looking at taking them to small claims court, but they are out of state.
I would not use them again, needless to say.
Delivery time.
When the movers loaded my truck, the one in charge (who I think was the owner) said we should see our stuff in about a week, 10 days at the most. 2 weeks and 2 days later, the truck finally showed up. No communication for 2 weeks. The employees were very friendly, which is why I did 3 stars.
