Excellent Service!
Today was my first experience using this company and I was so impressed. They were fast and careful and a pleasure to work with. They provided wardrobe boxes that were great in moving clothes on hangers. Fast, careful and easy. Definitely recommending to all my friends in Kentucky looking for movers.

Mike came to give me an in-home estimate and was great to deal with throughout the entire move. His estimate was spot on; there are no hidden charges or fees. My movers were amazing and fast. Upon completion of my move, I found absolutely nothing damaged and everything where I asked my movers to place them.

They came in and worked incredibly efficient and took great care with all my stuff. Even more to their credit, the temperature at our destination was 80 degrees that day, and the air conditioner broke down, beyond repair. They still completed the job without a complaint. Can’t thank them enough!
No hidden fees
I was in an last minute moving situation and needed to move out same day. Called up Kentuckiana and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Everything was confirmed via email and the movers called ahead of time to confirm. Keaton & Matt Came to the rescue and were very professional. They assessed what needed to be moved, asked how i would like to box and package my items and did the job without any complaints. They were very happy go lucky guys and worked well together. They were upfront with the prices.
Overall great experience.
The team notified us of their arrival an hour and fifteen minutes before the delivery of my new pool table. They were professional, prompt and very courteous.

The guys were very knowledgeable, professional, and took GREAT care of my furniture. I could tell they were experienced just by the way they shrinked wrapped everything so quickly. I plan to use this company again in March when another family member is moving.

Movers were Wonderful!
Have hired multiple movers while living in Indiana. Kentuckiana moving has exceeded my expectations on multiple levels. Coordinating pick ups with my mother in Louisville, Kentucky while loading another household. Moving from Southern Indiana to Phoenix, Arizona is no easy task. I had a time-line to meet so I could get my business set up. Jon told me they would get over there in 3 days but ended up arriving in two. I have hired many long distance movers and not a single one has ever been on point with their delivery times. I would sincerely recommend this company to anyone moving local or long distance. I would also love to be a reference as well to anyone have second thought. Thanks guys!

Guys were Great!
Onathan with Kentuckiana moving had contacted their sister company (Tropicana Moving) to assist me with the unload of my Penske. The guys were well groomed, ready to work, and got it done quickly as possible. One thing I will note is the attention to detail, the guys knew which rooms the furniture and items were going in without me even telling them. Just shows how knowledgeable they are in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Not showing up on time.
Let me start off by saying, the crew did well and were very friendly guys. They ran into a situation before my move, in which they could not have known was going to take so long. My review is more on the end of management and communication.
I was told my movers would be at my location around 3-5pm. After many back and forth texts with their boss, they finally arrived at 8:30pm. This was after being told closer to 5, then 7-7:15, and then basically he said he was not sure. The excuse of the boss was the rest of the trucks were out of state, so he could not send another truck to relieve the team and then he started trying to push it back to the morning - but I had to move from my location that evening.
Though I understand the situation was out of his control, the customer service I received was poor. All said and done, the movers finished around 10:15-10:30. I was still charged the $360 amount - with no discount for the lateness.
Being in customer service myself, this was a poor excuse of customer service on the management side of the company. Like I said, the movers were excellent and nice guys, but I feel as though if you run a moving company - you should prepare for situations like this and have another truck ready incase a situation like this occurs. That and if so, you compensate your customer accordingly for the mess-up on your end.
My experience with them.
These guys are very un professional. They came late hour and half after I received their message that they were in their way. I agreed for 2 people with a truck but found 3 people with higher rate per hour came to my apartment. When I ask why there is 3, one of them said the third person was supposed to go to another moving by his team person didn’t show up so he came with us. It’s not my problem to get third person, there was an agreement. They spent 45-55 minutes in breaks, smoking in the truck without cutting this time from the paid time. One of them stayed inside the truck cabinet for 45 minutes doing no work. The other one stayed for 20 minutes talking on his phone, then when he saw me starring at him he came to work with one hand while he still talking on the phone. They installed the bed wrong and there is scratches everywhere in the bed , couch, dinning table. They tried to get me to pay for the time since I received their message that they were in their way and they said that they went to my new address first so that’s why they were late. It’s not my issue that there is miss communication between you and your company. I had horrible experience, please do not hire them.
Moving day.
I had Kentuckiana movers , move me from Corydon , In to NewAlbany, In . These guys David, Evan, William were very professional, kind , curtesious. They worked hard to get the job done , always asking what I wanted them to do. They got the job done fast and did not play around at all . One suggest I have for your company have your team members wear uniforms, with their names on them, u have a good team working for u they should look more professional They represent Ur company and are the first people the customer sees . I am glad I chose ur company an would recommend u to anybody who needs a good company to move them . Brenda Waters.
