Dishonest.
I hired 2 men from King and Queen Moving for 2 hours of work on August 14th. I asked them to move a sofa from my garage to my basement. They were unable to do so, but in trying, they damaged the Anderson sliding door in my kitchen and didn't tell me. The next day I discovered that the door has a gouge that goes through to the wood and is over an inch in diameter; a stretch of about a foot of notches and chips on the edge of the door; and the "baked on" vinyl covering has been separated from the wood. After multiple attempts to reach the company via email and phone I was told that the two men who did the damage denied even using that door, and are 'no longer employed by the company." Barry told me that the "higher ups" would not pay for the damages. I'm very disappointed in the response from King and Queen. They did not stand by their work, they took much too long to respond to my complaint, and they did not own up to their mistakes. This is not an honest company. You can find better people to work with elsewhere.
