  1. Worst communication ever. Worst service.

    They took 12 hours to pack our household items (estimated it would be 4).  They broke a few items and left behind a few items.  They didn't estimate well so we had to pay overages.
    Then came the bad part.  They did not respond to emails or phone calls requesting our belongings to be delivered.  Then they charged us storage on the belongings and wouldn't schedule delivery until we paid the storage fee.  They wouldn't accept payment online or by credit card and gave me one hour to pay or they would charge another month's storage.  
    We will wait to see what kind of condition the goods are in but I'm less than optimistic.  
    Don't expect a good experience here.  .

  2. Nightmare move.

    Yes, they have a "New" name and a "New" owner, but all the office people and the management are the same, and if you do your research you will find this is not the first time that they have changed names or owners. We moved in may and still have not received all our boxes or furniture, they claim they don't know what happened to our possessions, and they have done nothing to resolve this matter, and guess what. We have stuff here that doesn't belong to us, stuff that belongs to other people, stuff that we have told them for months is here, and they don't care. How many other people have our belongings? We moved about 35 miles, not far at all, the biggest of the problem began because we had to put our belongings in storage for several weeks. We are missing over 50 boxes, which include family photos, heirlooms that can never be replaced, all our dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and the list goes on and on! Most of the furniture they delivered was broken, torn, damaged, and they kept promising to send a repair person to take care of things. That never happened either!! Said we had to file an insurance claim, sent them forms, guess what. That never happened either. Check not only the BBB but the puck also, do your homework before you hire this company. Consumer beware Just saying. Once a leopard, always a leopard, a leopard doesn't change his spots which is obvious when you look into all the names this company has operated as.

  3. King Movers.

    Awful company, do not use. Three hours late arriving, they were meant to do a full packing service but didn't have any tools to dismantle furniture. Used our tools and they have since gone missing. Our stuff was meant to be held in a storage facility until our house was ready two months later.  They arrived at new property  a few hours late again. Furniture hadn't been protected so discoloured our sofas, missing cushions, chips in chest if drawers, smashed glasses & plates, wardrobes damaged, wicker chests handles broken, handles missing from drawers, scratched tables, broken mirrors. They have also lost a lot of our stuff hoover, iron, bedding, towels, rugs etc etc and also helped themselves to the contents of my sons money box. Moving house costs a lot anyway and we now have to replace most of our stuff as it has been badly damaged or gone missing. They don't return phone calls or emails, just take your money and run. Awful experience and advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

    This company are a diabolical. They have one warehouse, but are acting a nationwide company. They do not have uniforms. They do not use safety footwear and they are money grabbing and no good. I advise to steer well clear from this company. If you have used them, you probably notice the times they turn up, til the time they leave. They are not a trusted source for removals nor any type of transportation move. Do not be fooled by the glossy websites and email confirmations. Thanks. .

  5. Appaling Service and aftercare.

    Removal men were very polite but after they left we realised they had helped themselves to some of our kids crisps and sweets as they were packing. We wouldn't have minded if they  had asked but to take is down right rude. They didn't cover our furniture very well and after inspection we noticed many scratch marks and chips from our furniture. This furniture was all new and during our original quotation we were told they were the best and would cover everything.   I then followed up our removal by trying to get someone out to inspect the damages and claim on the insurance. It has now been 5 weeks and the head of the company ( I have been told ) Michael just refuses to answer my calls now - I have called him from another number and he has answered and then hung up once he realises who I am. All we are looking for is some compensation for shoddy workmanship and they continue to disappoint us 5 weeks later.   My advice - Do not touch this company with a ten foot pole..
