I hired this company to move us and it was the worst moving experience I have had. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES.
They showed up at 3:05pm this past Sunday to move our two bedroom apartment into another condo 5 minutes down the road. It took them 6 hours for this move. The last time I moved, it took them 3.5 hours. This is a HUGE difference and it was a disaster. They broke things and damaged furniture. One of the movers kept taking breaks. Oh, and they told me they could not accept credit cards after they loaded the truck. This should have done before they even showed up. My sister moved her 4 bedroom house an hour away and it took them less than 6 hours so this was absurd.
I contacted the owner Brandon who was useless. He tried to give me a sob story of how his wife took his son and he has legal fees. This really is not my problem. He then kept asking me to leave this alone and NO, I WILL NOT. He clearly has a poor business acumen. I asked for 1.5 hours back and he refused. He also was stuttering when I mentioned the damage. I asked him to come out to the house to take a look and he also REFUSED. I also had to overpay the guys because they did not have change. And I have been asking for a receipt for the past two days and have yet to receive one. I will be contacting the better business bureau and taking him to small claims if he does not rectify this mess in a timely manner.
No show, no call.
These guys are a joke, any positive reviews here must be fake. I hired them a week in advance and then confirmed the reservation a day before the move. On the day of the move they never showed up, they never answered the phone or returned my calls. They were a total no-show, no-call. If you're planning on a move and actually want the movers to show up do not hire these guys.
Best team of movers.
This company was much better than I expected. I have worked as a supervisor at FedEx for 10 years so it's very hard to impress me. It's refreshing to see somebody in the industry do things the right way. We have a rather large house and we had 2 full 26 foot truck loads of stuff. They protected all of the items properly, and protected my hardwood floors and doors and banisters and I really did not expect to have such a good experience with no damages whatsoever.this is probably as good as it gets and I would recommend them to anyone who needs excellent service.

I have used the same moving company for 4 moves as they have been very reliable and what I thought affordable. But I will never go back to them after using your service. My entire 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished apartment was completely moved out and moved into my new apartment within 4 hours. I could not believe how fast and efficient the two men worked. A 3rd guy was sent to help out and it was completely unneeded as the two guys I had were extremely professional and quick. Moving is stressful and it helps when the people helping you are friendly and personable and can assure you that everything will get done. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them again.
Never showed up.
I set up a move for October 30 between 2pm and 4pm. I called three times that day at 9am, 11 am and once more at 430pm. I left 2 voice-mails and even text messaged the number. The movers never showed up, nor gave me a call back. I don't understand how you can run a business with no communication. I ended up having to find a moving company last minute and had end up paying about 3 times as much. I will never recommend this company to any one.
Best Movers Yet!!
Cameron and his team performed a superior job for me on my recent move. The team was friendly, and very careful to make sure that all my valuable furniture was protected with plenty of blankets and cushion. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team. Unlike other groups in the past - this crew worked hard throughout the entire time they were on the clock. I even received assistance from a 4th team member who was only supposed to handle paperwork with me. Definitely, this team went above and beyond! I highly recommend Knock It Out Movers for your next move. I will definitely use them again.
Great Moving Experience with Knock It Out Moving!
Where to begin? This move has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The estimator (Cam) who initially came out was very courteous and thorough. His "not to exceed" estimate was one of the best priced quotes I received. He was confident that they would be able to do it in less time than he was estimating.
They carefully wrapped everything and moved it with care. They arrived at our new house and unloaded everything just as carefully.
At the end of the day, they got everything done without ANY damage..AND they completed it on time!!
