Liars and cheats and awful at math.
Wow. Just, wow. Overcharged then called names and hung up on when I asked for reimbursement. Story: I used Brian and his guys to move a few things from a home in Lakeway to my home in Austin and to another house in Austin. He assured me that he could do it in two hours, starting at 2:00. First, they got lost and couldn't find the Lakeway house. This was okay bc I had forgotten the keys. I was back out at Lakeway at 3, just before they drove up. They loaded the stuff in a half hour, but the truck broke down. I asked Brian if he was still going to get it done in two hours, and he assured me that he was off the clock for the breakdown and would be able to keep the two-hour schedule. About 4:30, they showed up at my Austin home to drop off three items. When they dropped the other items at the second home; however, they charged for three hours + they had scratched up the front of the china cabinet I had sold this couple. (see photo. I have the before pic as well, but this site is not letting me post more than two.) They, of course, denied it. When the other couple notified me that they were charged for an extra hour, I called Brian and told him it was unfair and I wanted him to refund the extra hour. First, he tried to tell me that it was because I was late getting to the house. (I was THERE when they drove up after telling me they had gotten lost TWICE.) When I pointed this out, he told me I was drunk and didn’t want to discuss it and hung up. I called back and he said the same thing. I see on the In a Minute Moving site that there was another comment about him yelling at the client. Please also see the screwy receipt, which says 3 x $85 is $155, then notes a “tip” of $55 and additional $160 for which there is no explanation. But the other couple were charged $255. Avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible Customer service.
They were a bunch of [EDIT]. Manager was very rude; somebody needs to teach him how to talk to a customer. 2 People came in; they were so lazy. They were just playing on time and was so hard to manage them.
I booked it for 2 hours and paid $200 deposit, after 45 minutes they started asking me to extend the time . I said okay if it is going to take 3 hours , I will pay you more for an additional hour. They wanted the money right away ; I gave them $55 for third hour. But the job got finished in 2 hours. They didn't return me the third hour back and said it was for the transporation costs which I was never informed about in the initial quote I got from the company. When I got the quote , they said transportation is free. You just pay per hour and some fixed amount.
Apart from that, customer service is horrible, lazy [EDIT]. Very unprofessional ; should never move with these kind of people.
Unbelievably cheap and best.
They have very reasonable rates and services. They were very good guys who came to move us and were very nice. They assembled and unassembled everything. They gave us free moving supplies. I was very happy with their service. We called around to get so many quote. Some were as high as our two months of mortgage. I called last minute movers in Toronto location and I was amazed with the quote. When it comes to moving day everything went as planned so you can move at that rate and still have no problem. That's Ace in my books I gave my friends their number to call and book.
