  1. Customer Service/Compliance.

    If I could give less than one star I most certainly would, I've been patient and understanding with these guys but I'm now getting quite frustrated and desperate. Liberty Bell arranged for my household goods to be picked up on April 28th, which of course was a third party mover. It is now September and I still don't have my delivery, I call and leave messages, I email, and still no answers. I have spoken with Neal, Courtney (both of which do not work there anymore) and Sam (who took Neal's place) to try and resolve this matter. My calls are now being screened by Sam as I haven't been able to get in contact with him for 3 weeks now despite leaving messages. I have asked to speak with a manager and as of today it still hasn't happened. Sam tells me that he will call the mover and find out what is going on but I don't ever hear back from him.
    I did get a message from Jenny (third party company employee) who told me that her manager told her to relay to me that I have TWO options either I can continue to be patient while they find a truck that will come to ND or I can come back to CA and pick up my items. Seriously what kind of business does this, it has been 5 months and you're telling me that you still haven't found transportation for my household goods! Unacceptable
    Doesn't anyone realize how difficult it is to live without the necessities of furniture, dishes, clothing..etc? I'm beginning to think that neither of these companies care about my families quality of life, even though I entrusted them to move my items in a timely fashion.
    The Q/A guy Tim, told me when I set up this move that if the company took longer than the 21 days to deliver then they shouldn't be in business, well I couldn't agree more. Tim also charged me more to reserve more space on the truck (what truck) not to mention the third party charged me again for the same exact thing! What is going on here, I just want this to get resolved and I would really appreciate having my items delivered sometime before it snows!!
    I've paid Liberty Bell a total of 1269.00 thus far and I've paid another 1000.00 to the third party moving company. They expect that I'm going to pay the remainder or balance when they deliver my items, I beg to differ as the terms of the contract(s) have not been met.

    PROMISE TO CALL BACK AND THEY DONT AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY

    OUTSOURCE YOUR MOVE TOO THIRD PARTY MOVERS, WHO RAISE YOUR PRICE

    Q/A GUY TIM TAKES MORE MONEY FROM YOU PROMISING TO RESERVE SPACE ON THE TRUCK,ONCE THE MOVERS ARRIVE THEY STILL CHARGE YOU FOR MORE SPACE.
