Lions is exceptional.
What an effort! Lions Van Lines simply amazed me with their superb service during my office move. I recently used them to move my office to a different location. I had little idea about their abilities. I got their number from a friend and called them for a quote. I spoke with their sales rep Seth. They are movers that keep all of their commitments. They came timely, completed the task within the allotted time, gave me a good quote amount and ensured the safety of my goods. In short, they served me a lot better than what I was looking for.

These guys were great! I hired them for a move from a 2BR in Newark,NJ to a 1br in NYC with access issues, and it went incredibly smoothly. I'd never used a moving company before and I'd heard a few horror stories, but they took excellent care of my belongings, were super quick & efficient, and stayed completely within binding quote. They were super friendly and trustworthy. I requested a mattress bag, and they showed up (exactly on time) with not only that, but packing tape and wardrobe boxes and door props and everything that might possibly be needed to help with the move. It was a huge load off my mind and I would gladly use this company again. (Never again will I spend an entire day of my life hauling crap in and out of tight spaces with a friend. So not worth it--if you're debating on the cost, go with the movers, it's worth every penny). Thank you Lions Van Lines I very much appreciated and will definitetly use you guys again!! .
Super service.
I moved from Florida to NY recently & used Lions Van Lines for the first time. They handled all of my moving needs to a T. My salesman gave me an affordable quote and they did the estimate perfect. I made sure to give them a detailed description of every item that I had so I didn't exceed the number that we had agreed upon. I wish I would've done that last time I moved, I failed to be specific with the last company I used and I paid extra for that.. so I will tell ya that parr is extremely crucial to make sure you have everything accounted for! Lions was they way to go because they were a Florida based company and they really did a super job!!

Moving up to New York from Georgia is quite a few miles and Lions Van lines made all of it possible. Gave me a binding quote for a reasonable price and every item was put on that truck with no questions asked! Lions made our move to upstate NY so easy! We really fo recommend them!
Best Co Ever.
My move with Lions Van Lines was very well done and reasonably priced. All of the other companies that I got quotes from were cheaper off the bat but I quickly found out that the prices did not include any of the packing materials that I needed for my move, or any of the gas for the truck. So of course, that means that the quote those other companies gave would definitely go up during the course of the move. Lions Vanlines gave me a price that was not excessive to start with, and they put in writing that the price included everything for the move (so long as I didn't add more items, of course).The work was done efficiently and responsible. The crews were very skilled and had no trouble preparing or handling any of my items. I am glad that I trusted Lions Vanlines with my move because they took care of everything and I never worried for a moment!

They were right on time to pack and load up, then right on time with delivering. Lions is great.
My family and I used Lions Van Lines for our move to New Jersey this month and boy were they a great help. We would've done it ourselves but we had no time whatsoever. Work, kids and all the hustle and bustle of life they made it so much easier and less stress. They did the packing and unpacking of all of our valuables, did it perfect. So much easier and worth the extra money. Great job done by Lions Van Lines!

It was really amazing to move with Lions Vanlines. Last five years we didn't need to search any movers wherever we wanted to move. It was our third move with our trustworthy company. My whole family especially my wife loves this company as their experienced movers took excellent care with our belongings. They deserve excellent rating for their outstanding honesty, promptness and skill. We are now like a family. I want to give big thank you to their crews (John, Seth, and Alex) for doing exceptional job. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will use them always for any subsequent move.

Great Job! – I've moved 3 times with Lions Van Lines Miami Movers and I just had the best move in my life on the last week! They gave us a very accurate estimate over the phone and help us plan our move. Soon their local dispatch called us and confirmed the job and went over the details. He also seemed very polite and professional, and assured us everything is going as it planed and the movers will come tomorrow @ 9 am. Not only did they show up on time but they packed nearly our entire apartment. Shortly after arriving, the Forman provided us with detailed information about the day and they started to work right away. Thank god they came with extra boxes and moving supplies and actually that we didn't even realize we will be needed! The packing obviously took much longer but once we arrived at our house they unpacked us in record time and even help us to reassemble some of our furniture. This was a painless move and really had a great time with the movers. The guys were very nice and honest and they couldn.

Lions Van Lines is a great moving company for your big moves. I moved from Florida to Virginia and everything went perfect. They gave me a reasonibly good quote and didn't break a thing. I recommend them to all of my family and friends for sure !Lions Van Lines is at the top of my list.
Horrible Scam.
Horrible rude tried to steal our 60in tv. Called me a [EDIT] and broke several items. Refused to give us the insurance information that supposedly was going to cover the broken items. They post under the name "apartment and house moving" to trick you you and avoid people seeing their horrible reviews in other places.
Bad bad bad ripp off!!
We are moving every year and I can't believe what happened to us this time. Lions Movers totally ripped us of. They charged 85 Dollars an hour and I thought it would be a good deal. But when they were packing the boxes they only filled them up half way! They put leaking body wash over my dvd player (!), dirty shoes on top of towels, even the expensive mirrow boxes (what I didn't ask for) couldn't stop my nice picture frame of braking! A glass vase they put only one layerof PAPER TOWEL arround (!).. The power cable of my TVs I still didn't found!! And then was a six hour moving with all the expentive package material 1300 Dollar!! NEVER AGAIN.. Worst experience effer!! Watch out.. This company has more names!! Same is only the phone number!! Fake reviews.. I fell for them :(.
Horrible Experience!! Stay Away!!
Horrible!! They came in 1 hour late, then it took them forever to pack our stuff, it seems they were doing the moving for the first time. They charged a ridiculous amount for the material (tape and boxes). At the end, my husband had to help them to unload the truck and unpack our stuff. Iyou don't want to have headache with your move, stay away from this company.

I saved a bunch with my last move when I called Lions Van Lines Miami Movers (800) 549-7310. The other estimates I got were super high and estimated a really a lot of hours. But these guys were fast and I saved a lot of stress. Andrea was great at handling all my questions and gave me an estimate right when I called. I used this moving company a few times in the past, and they always came thru for me in a big way. They always truly listen to my needs, and then come up with the best moving solutions. The guys that actually show up on the moving truck on the day of the move are always great. They are enthusiastic and always are professional and nice to deal with. I will always use them for any move I will ever have, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company.

Hiring a professional mover for the first time, I was a little anxious and skeptical. But since my company was paying for it, I wanted to make it as easy as myself as possible. First, I called around getting estimates. Most of the professional movers were about the same price for the 2 bedroom apartment worth of contents I had to be moved over 1,000 miles. It took a little while to understand all of the fine print like the binding and non-binding estimates, as well as insurance and limitations of liability. I opted to go with Lions Van Lines Miami Movers. The gentleman was very courteous and prompt with the phone calls and faxes, and explained everything fairly well to me. I had a lot of questions, and most of them were answered quite well. I decided to pack my own things since they would be stored in a storage unit prior to being moved. If moving things from or to a storage unit, choose a unit that is easily accessible to an 18-wheeler. I had a 20x10' unit pretty much full. I didn't get insurance since I didn't have anything too valuable and felt that I packed everything very well myself. I was given a 2-day window for pickup and a 5-day window for drop-off. I was told they would call for instructions the day before, but it ended up being on the first day of the 2-day pickup window, about 2-3 hours before pickup. So a little more communication would have been good, even though everything worked out extremely well for pickup. For loading, the driver and worker did very well while a family member watched. For drop-off, the driver had excellent communication, and I was able to fax maps to the driver to aid in the 18-wheeler-unfriendly roads in my area. The driver arrived on the first day of the 5-day drop-off period, at the planned time. The driver and worker were professional and courteous and everything was handled with great care. My furniture didn't appear to have any additional wear. I was most worried about a nice bedroom suite, but careful inspection showed it made the move great. The only thing I did notice was the corner of one wall near the corridor appeared to have been scraped by some furniture, only requiring some touch-up painting.
Overall, very good job.
