1. Good job done.

   A friend of mine contracted with Long Distance Inc s to move their son out of his college dorm. They came with high recommendation so I called to schedule a move. Their calendar was a little booked up but because I was flexible they were able to fit me in on relatively short notice. Some things I did not know but probably should have- I didn't pack my TV or my glass table (which I was subsequently charged for). Craig never told me I had to have these things done already so I ended up having to pay another $50. I called his supervisor to complain and although he assured me Craig did go over these things with me he discounted the $50 off of my delivery balance. The guys on pickup and delivery were very polite and professional. They packed everything and even helped move some things I was throwing out to the dumpster which they really didn't have to do.

2. I was was moved quickly.

   The guys just left my house after 6 hours of loading. I can’t believe how efficiently these guys packed the truck; there was virtually no air space. Gave the guys a nice tip and sent them on their way. Alex, Abraham, Ali - real good guys. Promised them I’d write a review and call the office as well. If you're going to use Long Distance Inc s request that Abraham come to the job. Obviously haven't gotten the items delivered yet but will update with that later. Can’t imagine anything going wrong.

3. Great job Matt.

   I was referred to Long Distance Inc s from an auto transport company I used twice before. The guys at Long Distance Inc s did an excellent job. Came to the house on time and had great attention to detail. Unhooked my washer and dryer and even helped me with unhooking pieces of my hot tub (I wasn't transporting this with them it was going with a freight company but they still helped) all in all I was impressed with how friendly and professional Alex and the guys where when they were at my house. Matt told me things would go smooth and I have zero complaints. Great job.

4. Did a good job about reimbursing me quickly.

   I initially went online to request a moving quote and ended up getting about 37 phone calls from all sorts of movers. The fourth guy I spoke with was Lawrence at Long Distance Inc s. Lawrence actually took the time to break down to me how the industry works and what to look out for. Every other time I had moved it’s always been a military move where I don't have to do anything. I very quickly learned that when hiring your own company threes a plethora of things to be mindful of. Lawrence was the only mover that took the time to show me reviews and ratings; he also showed me DOT information on their company. He took his time and ultimately that what earned our business. We scheduled our pick up on a Friday and the delivery landed on the following Wednesday. When the items arrived one of their guys dropped a box and ended up breaking the china that was inside. I called Lawrence to see what they were going to do about it and he gave me a number for their claims department. I filed a claim and they had gotten a check out to me within a week. At first I was a little upset but I realize things do happen and I'm just glad there was insurance to make up for it. Overall the guys were very professional and they did a good job about reimbursing me quickly.

5. Pretty good experience.

   Just got my items delivered to me in Seattle. Overall my experience with Long Distance Inc s was pretty good. The guy’s last minute had to change the pickup date a day later which I wasn't planning on- and quite honestly I wasn't very happy about it. Ryan promised me they would in turn get the delivery there a day early. At first I thought he was just telling me what I wanted to hear but the guys got here on time for delivery. My husband called back Ryan to apologize (we yelled at him) but he's on vacation. In the grand scheme of things the pickup thing wasn't a huge issue and everything arrived in one piece and on time.

6. Their service definitely shows it.

   I've used Long Distance Inc s twice- once for my sons move and now this time for our move. The first time the service was good, everything went as promised-this second time they gave me a repeat customer discount and did just as good. Lawrence was our representative both times and Abraham was the foreman both times as well. I like that they are a family run business and their service definitely shows it. I used allied once before and their service wasn't nearly as good.

   I heard the ads on the radio more than a few times. When my husband and I were doing research on companies we felt Long Distance Inc s offered the best value. The price was fair and most of the reviews were good. The initial quote was 2999 to move our 3 bedroom house from Rhinebeck to Raleigh. Matt was our representative and he was friendly, informative, and most importantly; available. We had some hiccups with the closing of our house and needed to move our pick up date much closer than originally anticipated. It was their willingness to meet our needs that caused me to write this review. Matt didn't charge us anything extra and even rearranged their schedule to get to our house before the close date. When Bassam and his crew showed up they did a great job. I’ve always moved myself and it’s usually a 3 day affair, however the guys got everything done in less than a day. Overall I was happy with how everything went and id says they over delivered on their services. 5 out of 5 for sure.

8. Easy pickup and delivery.

   I had a corporate move which means my company was paying directly for everything. Sammy was really good about coordinating everything with our HR department and getting the payments directly from them (made my life much easier). When the guys arrived they accidentally dispatched two trucks but once we got through the confusion everything went well. I was originally pretty nervous as I didn't pick Long Distance Inc s myself; my company did. I didn't get a whole lot of time to research them but I was put at ease when the crew got to work and was very informative as to how and why they were doing certain things. They packed my TVs and glass tables and everything was good. On delivery they showed up an hour late but other than that no complaints. My work assignment in California is temporary and I will request to use Long Distance Inc s again when I move to my next location. Thanks again guys- special thanks to Blake in dispatch too.

9. Affordable move.

   I had to move my items from upstate NY to AZ after I graduated from RIT. I got one of the 100$ off packing coupons from someone on campus and called Long Distance Inc s. I talked with and did an inventory list over the phone. We scheduled the move 3 weeks in advance and Lawrence was able to give me a discount. When Alex, Abraham, and Bassam got to the house they did a fabulous job. I requested that the driver call me 2 hours before they arrived so I could leave work on time and they remembered to call. When they got to my home the guys worked very hard and were very friendly. Even though I was Long Distance Inc babbly twice as much as a normal 2 bedroom apartment they still got it done in less than 4 hours. I bought the guys lunch and sent them on their way. I was told it could take up to 10 days however they arrived in 7. The crew that arrived on delivery was just as polite and helpful (James, and mike). They placed everything inside and took the tape and plastic wrap with them. Overall id rate them a 5 out of 5 and have already recommended them to other friends who just graduated. Also saving $200 doesn't hurt.

    I am very pleased with the fact that I chose Long Distance for my Dallas to Woodland Hills , CA move ! Fast , efficient and effective ! Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner . Highly recommend Long Distance Relocation Group.

11. Highly recommended.

    LDI is good to go. We had a great experience with Long Distance Movers. We moved from a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom condo to a single family home within the 100 miles away. These guys were prompt, efficient, and busted their tails without a hint of complaint.
    I was working to pack some final boxes, and before I turned around, my living room furniture was professionally disassembled and wrapped up in prep for the move. They moved fast!
    Transportation was efficient, and moving into the new house was seamless.
    Highly recommended. Estimates they were accurate and reasonable.

    

12. Fantastic move NJ to TX.

    My mom actually did all the scheduling for my move to NJ to TX. I just wanted to make sure and leave this company a great review for their great service. Matthew in particular was my priority contact. I actually didn't have much to do with the move itself other than signing the agreement. Once that was done everything took care of itself. Its great having the priority contact because they communicate all the updates and tracking for you. My move was very stress free as I never had to call in to get status updates. The moving guys were awesome as well. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THAT’S WHY I DON’T GO WITH THE CHEAP GUYS. Tanks again.

13. These movers were just amazing!

    These movers were just amazing and I am highly grateful to them. It was a great experience for me. They have been simply nice with their extraordinary performance. It was my second hiring of them and I am not going to complain against these guys. I want to introduce them with some of their great qualities. I found them in my house just at 8 am as they told me. Were very careful with my stuffs over the total process. Protected all furniture with wrapper. nothing was damaged. Rate was wonderful and without any change. Excellent service! I am going to use them again definitely. Lastly I want to say they were very courageous, professional and experienced in all section of moving process. Surely I will select them for my next move. And very lastly they are none but Long Distance Relocation Group.

    Lawrwnce is cooI was a big skeptic..Nothing worse than moving
    The anxiety always gets to me, because a lot of my art & furniture is extremely expensive.. I was moving from Houston to NYC and these guys were legit the BEST. Easy on the phone, no adjustments with the quotes, and they even let me have a couple of extra boxes without incurring additional charges. . They also communicated dates well, and followed up after the service was completed. Highly recommended.

15. Helpful representative.

    These guys are amazing! The representative over the phone helped expedite my process to keep me on schedule with my job starting date. They arrived ready to work and has the truck packed within a couple of hours. All my belongings made it on time and in perfect condition.
