This was a smooth move.
A friend referred the company to me. I had no resistance owing to the previous moving disappointment. The company's customer service department is efficient and reliable. They responded to my message promptly and promised to get me moving on the third day. They showed up in time and everything was smooth.
Colorado to Texas.
I made a comprehensive research before I went with this mover. Seeing the reviews they acquired, I was inspired to try them. The very first thing I did was to call the Customer Service and in return, they answered my call right away. This impression also motivated me took the last decision. The next step was to take inventory of what needed to be vacated. After a little while, they dropped me the cost of moving my things from Colorado down to Texas and the charge they gave me wasn't all that bad, I accepted it, so we signed the deal. They showed up two days after, with all their moving materials and a nice truck that fit the distance they had to cross. I was highly impressed when I glanced at those tools they presented for the assignment.

Lets start from the beginning. From the start, I communicated with the Customer Service and they were quick to respond. I asked them a few questions concerning my move and they also answered me and gave me guidelines on how to get my move started. After my discussion with them, they assigned one of their agents to my job. The agent took an inventory of what needed to be packed and then prepared an estimation for the whole of my things. Looking at the quotation sheet, I was impressed with the price they presented because I wasn’t expecting such a reasonable offer like this. So we agreed and left hoping to see his team in the next two days.

The crew working with Long disntance were outstanding! We paid for a storage option to keep our possessions which include pieces of furniture from our old residence for 4 months until eventually, we transferred to our new home. All of the movers showed up at our old house on the day of the transfer. Those things were kept in their storage facility and immediately after the 4 months, we called the Customer Service again to schedule one more transferring from the storage to our new home.
Simply the best and easy to work with.
I am a home builder and familiar with different moving companies across the United States. Formerly based in Michigan and had transferred my business to the State of Florida recently. I had used many movers over the years in moving my materials from marketplaces to my sites. However, I have not tried LDRG not until last week when I was disappointed by my favorite movers. To be honest, I testified a big difference between the two groups and LDRG made a big difference. Simply the best and easy to work with!

Awful. Charged $4,700 for $1,900 estimate based on 480 cubic feet. My boxes occupied 15 feet x 4 feet x 6 feet totalling 360 cubic feet. No furniture was taken, as planned, and I was billed a ridiculous $4,700 for what was "falsely" claimed to be 840 cubic feet. SCAM!!

Our move finally happened - and despite all of our hard work before and after Long Distance did their thing, it was a MONSTER of a job! These guys are great. Nani is very professional, and he sent out some very experienced and efficient movers. The items I was concerned about (Breakables) were treated with great care - but what struck me most was that everything was handled like it was just as important.I spent more than what they originally quoted, which was surprising because I had moved both of our beds myself. And we had moved all of the small stuff prior to them showing up. But even I had no idea how quickly the truck would be filled. We just have WAY too much stuff. In other words, it might be time to purge.A few more details.. These guys navigated large items through small openings. They had to take some of it apart and put it back together in order to do this. They kept checking in to make sure that they were doing an exceptional job.
Bottom line - this was the best moving experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very professional, and they do everything they say they'll do. No issues with any of the pieces moved. I appreciated that the lead mover was always keeping an eye on how much furniture was left and how much room was left in the truck. They made sure to prioritize such that anything I could potentially move myself was left till last. They ended up fitting everything at the end but it was thanks to their planning. Thank Long Distance Group my moving experience was amazing.

Highly recommend these guys to anyone moving in South Florida. They arrived on time, got all my stuff into the truck quickly, on the delivery day, promptly unpacked everything with no hassle whatsoever. This took about a week for a long distance move to be delivered. we moved all the way to New Jersey. they charged us 3400 for a 3 bedroom apartment. This was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I will definitely be using them again.
Don't Use Them!!
5.28.18 Company picked up my things, they did a walk through to see how much stuff I had in the Apt. My original quote was for about $2,400, I made a deposit payment of $525 debit. I thought that with the walk through they would tell me how much additional it would cost but didn't! after all my thing were in the truck the lead man of the packers tells me that the total cost of my move would be $6,503 because I had taken up about 1,500 c.u. ft on the truck. At this point I'm not sure what to do?!! All of my things are in the truck from a 2nd floor NY Apt with no elevator. I wanted to tell them to bring all my things back upstairs and leave, but I am human. That was a lot of work; took them 5 hours to take all things down there. So I paid the 2nd payment of $3,950 cash and hen had the nerve to ask me for tip! I called the company and got a call back form Ryan their "manager" and after speaking with him he assured me that I would get an additional discount after the truck gets loaded and ready to deliver, to my surprise that never happened and was never again able to get him on the phone, my things then went to storage warehouse and they stayed for 2 weeks. My move was delivered on 6.17.18 I paid the remaining balance of $1,452 cash. Every made it to me except for 3 very expensive hand painted art, and they managed to damage my gas range, 3 door refrigerator, and LG washer. I called multiple times and got Tommy on the phone and I explained 3 of my possessions have been stolen. Because what other explanation is there? He said that maybe my things got left behind at the warehouse and he would have his guys check over the weekend. I called the following Tuesday and Tommy said they didn't find anything, that maybe the things were sent to a different address and that he will contact all of the other customers to see if they got wrong items delivered, clearly that never happened! I called the movers who unpacked me, since they had 4 other moves after mine, I asked them if he saw my paintings and sent him pictures. He said they did not see them. At this point I was directed by Tommy to do a claim and proceed that way. So I did. Today 8.9.18 I was sent an email with a settlement of $112.50 for my stolen and damaged good! What a JOKE!! This is Ludacris!! You over charge my move and damage and steal my things and then offer me pennies for the loss and damages? This company needs to get sued and license needs to be revoked! They are an injustice to the community and shouldn't be servicing anyone.
Very professional and reliable.
I was relocating for a job transfer and the moving supivisor was very professional and reliable. He took me through the process of moving, and any questions I had, he always answered them. The crew was very friendly and professional too. He labeled all my furniture and organized it pretty well. If I told him to put it somewhere, he would put the furniture wherever I wanted to. He also put pads all over the stairs so the wooden floors wouldn’t get scratched. They did a great job when it came to taking care of not only my property, but the actual location itself. It was a great move.
Great crew!
The crew was Demitry, Andre and Nick (apologies if misspelled). These guys were amazing and I would recommended them to anyone. These guys busted there behinds with a smile while cracking jokes and having a good time along the way. With Demitry you got guy who probably could lift the house himself with Andre who looks like he will lift the house and the truck. Nick is a great kid who sounded like he is excited about college and working hard to make some money with the team. Just an outstanding hard working crew trying to make your move as easy as possible.
Way to go Long Distance for the quick turnaround and great crew!
Great experience.
Great experience moving from from ny to Fl. Found them through submitting an online application area and began my research to find that they were rated fairly high online so I thought I'd make the call. I spoke with Andrew who gave a me an estimate that beat the other companies so I was in. Lawrence was able to get me a crew and a truck in less than 24 hours so I have no complaints considering how hard these guys worked.
Five star service.
I trusted long-distance relocation group with my belongings. I have a lot of antique stuff that was passed on to me my my grandmother and I needed to make sure it was moved and packed properly so that it wouldn’t break cross country. These guys definitely offer a five star service very friendly and work very hard.
