Great Service and Fair Price.
Today April 29, 2020 I used Lupica Movers to relocate my business equipment, office furniture and 60 company banker boxes. The two movers who handled the move were professional, experienced and did a great job. This was a large move and I will be sure to refer them to anyone who needs a major move. Thanks Lupica Movers. You erased all the stress of moving.
How can these liars stay in business??
I reserved a date for my move weeks ahead of time, and yet, not once did they ever confirm, question or give a confirmation of my move. I was on pins and needles the day of the move, because no one called me back, and when I did get through on the phone, they gave me lie after lie about their lateness. They kept reassuring me that the guys would show up, despite that they were 5 hours late. After 30 calls, 3 left messages and no response, it was pretty clear they decided to ignore our agreement to move me. I was left hanging with no one to move me over the Labor Day weekend. I could not get anyone on such short notice because everyone seemed to be away for the weekend. It wasn't until days later that I called another mover, who had a cancellation, that was actually able to move me. This company is a SCAM.. if you decide to choose them, don't waste your time if you live in an apartment. It seems they only want to do business with large homes so they can rip you off even more.
Do not use Lupica, dishonest, careless, poor customer service.
Do not use Lupica for your Moving needs. I was quoted $960 upon their completion they charged me almost $1500. They took two smoke breaks on the clock. One was very careless. One swore a lot. One took many breaks. One of the 4 were good. They damaged a very expensive table of mine. Our sleep number bed is stained from them placing it on the lawn and the dirty truck. They take no responsibility. They began at 20 after the hr and charged us for the top of the hr. They finished at 15 after the hr and rounded to 30 past the hr. They say that value doesn't matter they go by the weight of the furniture. They chipped a wall by leaning a dresser into it. Their trucks have poor shocks and are very old. They leaked oil on our driveway. They swept out there truck onto our driveway on the clock. I got a flat from the nails that were swept onto our driveway. They spent an hour trying to take my freezer door off. I had to help. When I complained, here is what the operations manager said. (I was ignored for the first 5 calls. "We didn't know you had stairs , that's what took so long, we are allowed to sweep out our truck , we can leak oil, things happen like dents and chips. We are covered by our contract". He never ever apologized once or made any effort for service recovery. His constant comment was "unfortunately we can't please everyone". We are so disappointed. They really hurt our experience. Stay away, use D and D.
Dishonest and irresponsible!
These people are irresponsible and dishonest, left me hanging with my move on a Saturday afternoon, they were rude and completely inappropiate.. would not trust these people with anything. Did not show up, no apologies, no explanations, nothing!
