They Are Incredible!!
I want to start off by personally thanking Lauren for having outstanding communication with me the entire length of our move. From the initial phone call I made to inquire info, she was polite and respectful, as well as kept in contact with me almost everyday. Second off, I would like to thank the movers themselves who were OUTSTANDING!! Nic and Colton worked quick and carefully to finish the move in only one day when we were expecting at least two days. We could not be more happy with the services we received and we will recommend Lux to everyone!! A new customer for life.
Untrustworthy.
I scheduled moving help with Lux Moving Company a week in advance and confirmed the day before the move. Lauren assured me that the 2 men would arrive on time or earlier. No one ever showed up nor did they have the decency to call me or answer any of my 4 phone calls. They left me, a 76 year old and my disabled son, with a very serious problem.
