Worst Company EVER.
I originally had the delivery scheduled for the 2nd of November, and immediately informed them that I would not be able to make that arrangement as I would not be signing for my house (at the earliest) on the 2nd of November. They promptly called me and stated that they would hold delivery so that it would be delivered on the 5th of November. I then received a call on the 2nd of November stating that we missed our window to have the house hold goods delivered as they had arrived on the 2nd. I was then informed that they would be delivering the house hold good on the 18th of November at 0830 as confirmed by "Melissa" who then called me back to verify the address. I requested off from work to help organize the house-hold goods as they come in. As of 1330 the items have not arrived. I have attempted to call them on multiple occasions with no response. In addition, I have left numerous voice mail messages, with no response.
