Stay away from this moving company
Customers beware. This company should be investigated for scamming people out of their money. Communication is only decent until they receive your money. Then you’re on your own. They lied about delivery times and couldn’t even tell me the location of my items. They started out saying 30 business days which is ridiculous in itself. As this timeline came and went with zero communication from MD transportation I started calling every single day and never received one phone call back. Not one call. I would get very vague emails never signed so I had no idea whom it was coming from. It took almost 9 weeks to get our items. The items they did deliver were badly damaged, or lost. We did not get the full service move we paid for either. This company was brokered to us by US interstate van lines and this felt very much like a scam operation between the two companies. I have been trying to resolve the issue of getting some money back because they didn’t do what we paid for.We expected they would put furniture into the correct rooms and put together bed frames. Our dressers were put into our garage and the master bed frame was left in the living room. Of course I have tried calling and emailing but am told they are working on it. This has been several weeks later and I have no idea what the status is of anything. This company should be investigated for ripping people off. I was working with Ron originally, who was supposedly a dispatch manager but once the delivery date came and went I never heard from him again. Some excuses about him being sick or whatever. So unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They made our cross country move one of the more stressful times in my entire life. I’m honestly surprised I got most of my stuff. I never thought I’d see my belongings again.

MD Transportation was brokered to us by Aspire Moving Services. I’m pretty sure they have a back and forth scam going. We somehow ended up with all our stuff but I really thought we’d never see it again.
Company under investigation for fraud, extortion
A broker, Safe Ship Moving Services, set us up with MD Transportation (doing business as World Class Moving & Storage). Our belongings were loaded and went into storage. Over a month later, a police detective called us; the police had seized the contents of the storage facility and were investigating fraud and extortion by MD Transportation Group. If you have dealings with this company, or with Safe Ship Moving Services, contact the police now.
Criminal Behavior to the Elderly
My elderly mother scheduled a move back in April or May 2021. It is now September 2021. Not only did they reschedule her move so many times that she incurred several additional storage fees BUT she ended up making the move herself in her small vehicle. In addition to that, she still has not received a refund. They told her that the Manager Ron stole her money, but they would send her a refund minus the storage fees (which were incurred because of them, not her). It's an absolute disgrace how they have treated my mother who is physically unwell and financially strapped. Just very gross and disgusting behavior.
This company is run by crooks.
Stay away from this company. They purposefully underestimate your belongings then they jack up the price after everything is loaded up. They took our belongings to a storage facility instead of taking them to our new house. I was originally told I could pay with a credit card then after my belongings were picked up I was told I had to pay via wire transfer. Against my better judgement I paid them. We were initially told it would take 3-7 days for delivery. A week after everything was picked from our house, we called for an update and our delivery estimate was now 3-4 weeks out. We tried to discuss the matter with the manager Ron and he hung up on us. We realized we got scammed so I ended up flying back home, got into the storage facility and moved our things myself before they could get them from and hold them hostage for more money. Learn from our mistake and stay far away from this company.
Can't ask More Very happy
My husband and I used MD Transportation Group LLC to pack and move out of our apartment, store our belongings for three months, and into a new apartment. When I reached out for a quote, they came out to our apartment to give us an accurate quote and even helped us schedule a move during off-peak timing to help us stick to our budget. During both moves, they arrived right on time and made moving as stress-free as possible. Everything (including a glass bar cart) came back undamaged and they even put everything back together that they had taken apart for the move. Hopefully we don’t have to move again for a long time, but if we do we will be using Them again
Scam company.
This company promised us to move us from Enfield, CT to Dallas, Texas.. So they worked with some company name MD Transpotation. First they asked us from 6000$ for whole move but after picked our stuff they said no you have to pay 9000$. So we agreed on that because they had our stuff. Safe n secure van lines promised us to move our stuff within 3 weeks but they didn’t delivered until 3 months..
Whenever I called them either they never picked my call or tell me we will call you guys back..
After calling them many times they said MD Transpotation suppose to deliver your stuff not us so talk to them.. I started calling to Guys name Ron or Ronnie and Michelle.. so they demanded 3000$ more and started threatening us that if we will not give them money they will throw our stuff so no option left so we gave them more money.. but the worst part is they just delivered half or my stuff. When I tried to contact them they blocked us so we end up paying 11000$ but half of my stuff not believed..
So please don't hire safe n secure van or md Transpotation.. highly unprofessional people.

Do not use a broker for your move.
Under no circumstance allow your broker to assign MDTG.
My story is the same as others with the exception that I found where my things were stored in the town where the move originated and made two UHaul trips myself to at least recover my good. MDTG offered a full refund in an email for the part of the move they did not complete. No payment has been received. We have a small claims court date in mid-March for $9720. I have also filed complaints against their liscenses with the DOT and BBB.
Just say NO to MDTG or WGM.
Still Waiting - Assigned by a Broker.
This company was given my move from a broker. They came in and picked up my belongings over two days back on August 6 and 7. Took my stuff and put it in storage and then told me it was going to cost me much more than what the broker (Safe and Secure Van Lines) had me sign a contract for. They were supposed to pack. Their version of pack was to take some plastic wrap and put it around my furniture, etc. Thew stuff into boxes, did not label the boxes. Took our bed covers and used them on TV's. Ruining the bed covers. Since August 7, 2019 our belongings still have not been completely delivered! It is now October 10. This despite being promised delivery numerous of times.
They are very inconsistent with their communication. They tell me one of their drivers will be picking the rest of the stuff up and delivering on a given day. The day comes and goes with no further communication. They then give you a short email saying a third party company was to pick it up but they canceled do to this or that? Originally their driver as I stated earlier. The story constantly changes why the rest of my stuff is not being delivered.
My initial delivery was not made until 6 weeks after the pick up day. Excuse for not getting everything was that their was not enough room on the truck? They had the stuff for 6 weeks and they did not know how much room they needed? They claim they only have about 20% of my stuff left, which is very inaccurate. My wife has not had any of her clothes since Aug. 7. Thus, unable to find a job and go back to work. No concern to this company!! However, they do want their payment or nothing will be moved.
I have told them, more than once, to give me the location and I will finish the trip myself. Only to be told I will be unable to do this for a number of reasons. I have not been offered any compensation for such a late delivery despite me bringing it up. Instead I am being told to have my money and send to them to continue my move. Keeping what is a minimal final payment for time of drop off.
After the partial delivery occurred I was told I would have the rest before the end of that week. NO DELIVERY or communication. Informed it would be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday, NO DELIVERY! Then informed it would be picked up the following Tuesday Evening or Wednesday. No indication of it being picked up? Promised delivery by end of week which I would say is today, Thursday, Oct 10 or Friday, Oct.11. No indication that is on its way, so very unlikely at this time. Of course when you try and contact the company, you get no response!
On top of this what has shown up thus far has been damaged! Miss handled and not packaged properly!!
Long from over it seems. If you have a choice, be very selective and thorough in your search for a rebuttal moving company!! I made this mistake by assigning a broker my move (not knowing they were a broker) and thus having no control who was assigned the move.
Avoid this company at all costs if you value your goods, sanity & cash.

If you're thinking of using this company, DON'T!! Just Don't, I cannot even begin to say how much you'll regret doing business with them. They're absolute gangsters who will demand extra money, hold your stuff hostage, demand payment before delivery, smash half of your belongings and then dump the rest and refuse to deliver it.
They simply do not care at all, and sadly the industry is very poorly regulated and they can do much of this stuff with impunity.
Spare yourself the pain of having to deal with these truly evil individuals and run a mile if anyone suggests using World Green Mover, or MD Transportation Group or Mamadou Diallo, or anyone associated with this organization, they are truly heinous human beings who are interested only in how much cash they can extort from you.
