Moving
Movers broke several pieces of furniture. Very rude, and inconsiderate. We contacted the owner and he won’t even respond to our messages. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Piano moving
Had a grand piano i needed moved from indy to fort wayne. they came and took it apart and wrapped every piece faster then ive ever seen done and had it at my new destination completely set up and ready in 3 hours! ( 2 hour drive) very impressed with these men.
Do not use this company.
3 weeks prior to my move, I paid a $150 deposit for Military Muscles to help me unload a moving truck. Scheduled at 1pm, but no one showed up. I had to call the office at 1:30pm to ask where they were and was told “they are on their way back from Indianapolis.” At 2pm, I get a call from a Jordan saying they were still in Indi and it would be “around 6pm” before they would be back. Unprofessional and poor communication. Do not use this company. It’ll ruin your move.
Damage, Damage, Damage.
We hired movers because we knew it would be too much for us. Antiques damaged, bedroom furniture with deep scratches, plaster walls literally split. The worst part, the owner being completely uninterested in making the situation right. I was told an insurance claim would be filed, a month later and nothing has been done. The owner only cares about being paid. Do NOT pay anything until you go through everything for damage checks. I now have a $500 +\- bill from a. Contractor and damaged furniture.
Movers.
Now that I am inspecting the damage these guys did to my furniture, I can’t believe I actually bought them lunch and gave them a tip. A two drawer wooden filing cabinet was so destroyed we threw it away. 2 Legs were broken off And the top came off completely. They just left it surrounded by other furniture and didn’t say a word. Top of hutch was damaged. Corner of stereo speaker damaged. Dings in my bed frame. But what really upsets me is my mothers hope chest was broken inside, I even told them this piece was very important to me!! I have pictures of these items. One of the guys was on his cell phone often and the other smoked his pipe in the garage and blew out tremendous amounts of smoke. I emailed the company and told them all this, but have not heard back. I DO NOT recommend this company. Horrible experience!!
Moving.
I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH TIS COMANY THEY DRAGED THEY FEET A JOB THAT SHOULD OF ONLY HAVE BEEN 6 HOURS MAX A BILL THAT SHOULD OF BEEN 7 TO 9 HUNDRED DOLLARS END UP OVER 1500 NEVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE.
Charged Too Much, I lost Some Property!
The movers showed up at my house with my household goods and claimed that they had completely emptied my Public Storage space of all my belongings. after they had unloaded what they had I called Public Storage to tell them that I had vacated the spaces I rented. The associate told me that there was quite a bit of stuff left behind. Sweaters, my firewood and a hodge-podge of other items. I was told that I would either be charged a clean-up fee or I'd be charged for another month if my items were not removed. By the time I made my way to Public storage my spaces were cleared and the associate waved the fee. On a hunch I checked the dumpster on my way out and found several items belonging to me in there. I sharpen blades on the side and one item in the dumpster was a pricey part of my sharpening tools. It will take some time to discover what all was lost. I do NOT recommend these guys, vets or not! I told them that I'm a vet also and I did not get the service That I paid for and I did not deserve to lose ANY of the property that I paid and trusted them to move! Their Grade is an F! If you value your possessions steer clear of these guys!!

Yesterday was the first time I have ever used movers and I'm very impressed with the service I had. I liked the fellas that moved my house the wrapped and padded all my stuff. No more uhauls for this old man! Highly recommend theses guys.

In April of this year, I needed a last minute moving company to move my daughter from Bowling Green, OH to Pittsburgh , PA. I had contracted another company in March to do the move and they flaked at the last minute. I found Vet's Moving on Craigslist and called them on a Thursday. The move needed to take place on Saturday. Jordan and his crew drove from Ft. Wayne, IN to Bowling Green and loaded up. Then went to Sidney, OH to get more stuff and on to Pittsburgh, PA. Over 700 miles in one day with only 2 days notice. It was late and pouring rain by the time they reached Pittsburgh but they unloaded everything. When I first contacted Jordan I was a mess! I was so stressed and upset about the original moving companies actions! Jordan was awesome. He rearranged his schedule for the weekend to be able to make this move for us. I don't know what we would have done if Vet's Moving hadn't been there!
