The Monster Moving arrived 20 minutes earlier than the decided time, and they immediately got themselves to work. They do everything in a perfect way. They will definitely make your moving day less anxious and much more fun. Five stars.

I had a great experience with Monster Moving Company. The staff did a great job. They were on time, stayed to the quoted price without any additional fees, and handled everything asked of them. They were constantly a great help. Recommended.
Amazing Move!!
The Monster Moving crew were Lovely guys to work with. I had excellent service from them from start to finish. I had great communication with them throughout. Goods were moved and delivered without issue. Highly recommended. It should definitely be used again.
A Moving Nightmare!
I typically don't write reviews and it's taken me a while to write this one. My husband and I relocated from LA to Georgia in April. The initial quote was not unreasonable and the service representative Natalie was very helpful. We were promised 2 days of packing then transportation. I received a call a few days before the move telling me that we would only have one day and that there would be a large crew. Well, 4 guys came to pack a 3,000 sq.ft. house. The crew was all over the house, our items were put into boxes with no contents labels on them, our clothing was put into wardrobe boxes without being hung up on the metal bars, just tossed in. I will say that shockingly we only had a couple of broken dishes, considering how items were packed.
Then the upcharges for extra materials, etc. Our binding estimate went from approx. $16,000 to approx. $23,000. They "held us hostage" as we were flying out of LA the next morning and couldn't change our flight plans so last minute. We were then informed that if the driver couldn't get access to our location, we would be charged an extra $5,000 to offload our contents and put our items in a smaller truck to get to our townhouse.
The packers had to go back to our house after we left to finish the next morning. When I tried calling to speak to Natalie, I was told that she only handled the estimate tickets and that once the crew was dispatched, her involvement was over. So classic, that I thought that I had a contact that I could rely on, but alas, no. There was no physical person to speak with, just a generic reply of send an email to info@monstermoving.com
Additionally, they are brokers that contract with various independent drivers, which we didn't know about. When the driver got to Georgia, he arranged for a crew to help him unload. No one showed and he had to scramble to call other guys to help him.
I guess those that wrote positive reviews got lucky. Again, I am not one to complain or write reviews, good or bad, but this review is critical for future potential customers to beware of this company.

Their conversation and quoting before, during, and after was magnificent! They are so far better than the other movers I had used in the past. They were so polite and respected toward all in the house. Their efficiency made my move so painless. Highly recommend them!

Jack crew accommodated me at short notice for an in-town move. The movers were prompt, courteous, and very careful despite working quickly. The estimates, charges, and options were clearly spelled out. We highly recommend them for any future moves!

The moving day was extremely smooth. There were no hassles, nothing broken, and very respectful people. Diane was very professional; she knew her information, and her customer service was on point! I am so impressed with their fantastic job!

The team protected all my furniture and handled everything with care. When my things arrived in FL, it was handled with care, and nothing was damaged. They were also super-fast, wise, and active the whole day of my move. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great. The second time we've used them. They are prompt, cheerful, don't break stuff and work amazingly fast. I'm so glad I did a Yelp search and found these guys! S came within an hour of my desperate call to give an estimate, and he returned in about an hour with two assistants. Overall, they did all well. Highly recommend them!
Excellent Services!
These guys are genuine, "as good as it gets." Daniel and Thomas arrived on time, wrapped every item of furniture, moved each of them deftly (hefting most items on their backs up and downstairs), and packed them expertly in the truck. Zero damage. Well worth the money. Would surely use them again.

Mick and Rocky were fantastic! They were very careful with our stuff, gracious/polite, and hauled ass. They wrapped and taped all our furniture carefully and took care not to damage the floor or door frames of our apartments. If I moved again, I wouldn't think twice; Monster Moving is the way to go.
