This company sucks big time ! They charge way too much money and they don’t take care of the items they pick up from your house . I got some stuff that arrived broken and on top of that I was missing a box . Don’t use this company they are very unprofessional I give them 5 thumbs down !
Moving service.
My experience was terrible.We paid for insurance and also for 10 boxes that were packed by them.I received broken dishes from my treasured dinner ware among other things.Each plate Fleurons Limoges , from one of the sets is only sold used at a price ranging from50-75 ea.The other set hand painted is at least over 60 years old with 24k gold trim from Eastern China cannot be replaced.Besides this up to two boxes of broken China packed by them.Chips on furniture, two of my german nutcrackers broken .After three months of filling claims and calls they said they would pay $200, that’s a joke.if you are moving to US save your money, sell everything you can replace it here, go to Marketplace and garage sales for great finds.I paid 70 for a center table , and had to pay 70 for one broken beveled glass.I found it at marketplace like new for 35.use u-pack for clothing. I could have had better use for the over$7,000 I paid them!
Poco profesionales y mal manejo de artículos.
Mi madre se movió de PR a Orlando dividió algunos artículos para que llegaran a mi casa y fueron dos malos sucesos vividos. En casa de mi madre los instaladores llegaron pidiendo herramientas porque no tenían y el chofer tenía mala actitud con su ayudante. Y lo que se suponía que llegará a mi casa lo entregaron roto y sin desempacar las cosas la hicieron firmar para librarse de responsabilidades.
They are horrible service.
They took long to bring my stuff on top of that when it got finaly here my table my fish tank my lamp my dishes and more were damage ..wow no apologies mo sympathy they want me to Do more look into all my 50 boxes to see what else they damage. Boxes had foot print. Boxes were thrown I have them 4000. To have 2000 in damages..no recommend them at all save your self the headaches.
They didn't take care my own stuff.
I do not recommend this company is horrible everything that I put in the boxes are broke and they are not give you the money back find another company but not this one.
Horrible Service Avoid them like the Plague.
A move from Orlando to Chicago. They promise they will send everything on the truck leaving that week and we will have everything in two weeks. It has been over a month and the move was still there. Was told to call Friday to find out when we will receive the items. Called and was told Items were in Chicago but we will get them Thursday with an attitude.
Move from Orlando to New York.
Do NOT use this company! When you call them for a quote, they all sound very professional and nice until you sign the contract and your move begins. They damaged and lost part of my furniture. They stuffed the truck so much that when they delivered the furniture, the door would not closed. They used my mattress to cover the opened truck. When they unloaded the mattress, the crate that I paid for all my glass and delicate things was clearly loaded upside down. (pictures below) I purchased additional insurance and have sent them letter and phone calls and emails. No one has responded. I have called and been promised a call back and weeks go by without a call back. When I call again, they ask me to email them AGAIN! This is my 4th email with pictures and names of the different people that I have spoken to.
Lacking customer satisfaction.
I don't like to review company service but I have to do this one. My nightmare began the day we went and used this company. We sent our car on July 30 to Puerto Rico car was inspected by a company employee.Car arrived to P.R sometime in September when I was told that it would be in Puerto Rico by the end of August.When I picked the car up I noticed car was full of dents and now they are going to pay only 300 when I was quoted $1800 I told them that $300 would not be enough to fix the smallest dent and was told that $300 would be the best they could do. Please don't use this company if you care about your items.
Very disastisfied customer.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this company if you want to make sure your precious valuables gets to your destination in one piece or there at all. This company has no regards to your possessions. I moved from New Jersey to Florida and upon my arrival I was missing quite a few boxes and what was there was mostly damaged. I called them to discuss the matter and I was completely ignored and nothing come of it. I will never again use Monti or refer them to ANYONE!!
Residencial Moving Service.
Called and talked to the representative to squeduled a visit for a formal quote. The person that was supposed to vivit the residence and generate the quote, cancelled the quote-visit on three different ocassions! No way I will trust this company with my belongings if they are that informal about something so important I had to re-schedule three morings to accomodate their change of date and they never showed to do the quote!
Don't buy their insurance-they will not pay you for damage.
Recently used Monti Moving to relocate from Puerto Rico to US, they convinced me to buy their insurance. When my staff arrived, I found they broke the microwave. When made the claim, they told that they don't respond for damages inside the boxes. Why then they sell you the insurance? The delivery duration is unacceptable-promised to deliver in 5-6 weeks but delivered in 9 weeks. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

Worst moving company ever!! I moved to Dallas in August and I am just receiving my stuff. When I called after 3 weeks. I couldn't get a hold of them and nobody responded to my email. I finally got in touch with someone and they told me they tried to call and send me email but that I never answered, which I can verify they never did. My stuff was still in Florida in storage..when I called their Florida office they said the same thing and that they were charging me $675 for the remaining balance when I was told the remaining balance was $575. They were rude over the phone and just overall unprofessional. Would not recommend them.
Loss and Damage of Goods.
It wasn't enough all the time the Monti Moving and Storage company took for the delivery of our house hold and goods, after what they told us that it only would be taking around 4 weeks for delivery. Eventually 4 weeks become 70 days; totally unacceptable, don't you think?. The move was form Bayamon, PR to Florida; finally to kissimmee, FL. The reality is that we had paid not only for the moving, but also the salesman, woman in this case, sold to us an insurance where we were insuring $1000.0 as a Lump sum for what ever loss may happen for the merchandise, Households in this case. Thanks to GOD the mayority were boxes and a couple of appliances. They have stolen or lost two of our boxes with important files with many documents and some small appliance and expensive dishes. But also they damages the only twin toy bed that we decided to bring with us to Florida, US. But it doesn't end there. We write to them, in time, in fact twice. Even with the insurance, and knowing that they went wrong by lossing the boxes and damaging our son's bed, they didn't wanted to pay for anything even that we paid and insurence of $1000.0 in a lump sum. We called and write to the department of agriculture and eventually to the Federal Agency that has juridiction on this, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Adminstration and submit a claim. And also we insisted in writing twice to the company, but no result have been reached at this time. They only wrote to us saying that they only are going to pay $0.60 per lb of what went missing. In conclusion the service was awful, less than one star, the communication was cero (0), and the promptness cero (0) too. I don't recomend even if they are the only mover on earth.
