Deposit for a move.
Put a $200 refundable deposit down on a move date and called the next day to cancel as we decided to hold off on move until later this fall. I have called Ron at Moore Moving twice and emailed once to request refund. It's been more than 3 weeks and still no refund.
I have had to turn this over to Visa at this point. Beware of putting down a deposit unless absolutely sure of move date!
Moore Moving Company, White Glove Treatment.
I contracted with Moore Moving Company in March of 2018 with an estimated move date of 10 July 2018. Of course plans never go as you expect but this company is a word is AWESOME!! The customer care and concern that they have for their customers is what a lot of companies have forgotten in today's "All about me" society! I would hands down recommend this company and would use them again. James, Eli, Jarius and Jeremy were AWESOME! From the packing of my items to the delivery, they were white glove treatment all the way!
