    These guys are quick and professional and a wise choice in this field of work. The other over the top review calling people spineless and etc is a very disgruntled ex that I cannot believe spent all that time and made up dates and such. That was not an actual customer. She heard things maybe being around the industry but we never handled any time of move anywhere near what they are saying

    These guys were at least $30 per hour less expensive than anyone else I found. They gave excellent service. Wrapped my belongings professionally. Would highly recommend!

  3. Save Your Money, go Elsewhere.

    This company is a scam! I reported them to the BBB and they didn't even bother to respond! Also left a review on the Rip off Report. Use any other moving company!

    -I spent $500 (between them moving me in Oct to a storage unit and then moving me out of my storage into my new place on 2/2/18). I'm extremely frustrated with them because not only did they unassemble my bed (including parts that didn't need to be taken off) but they lost all of my hardware and major pieces to my bed. I let them know Saturday (2/3) around noon that I was missing some important things and to give me a call I got no response. Today (2/4) I called and got no answer and when my call was returned he had absolutely no empathy. It's been 5 hours since he said he would check and get back to me and I haven't received an update or a response to my texts. At this point I have to buy a new bed frame and feel as though I can't trust this company. If you're looking for a moving service don't use this one. They don't stand by their service or reimburse you for losing your property.

    *UPDATE*
    Andrew admitted to losing my property and having a WAREHOUSE/STORAGE full of items that have gone "missing" after jobs. This company is completely irresponsible and he said he would order the parts that he lost from EBAY, which would take up to a month. I did not want to wait a month I wanted to be reimbursed especially after my bed frame was scratched and excessive puncture wounds were found. I have pictures of everything from my property to the empty first apartment, to my loaded storage unit, to the day they were 3 hours late and tried to squeeze more money out of me.

    I will never do business with this company and they were not even responsive when the better business bureau reached out to them, which shows just how spineless these "men" are.

    It is now July 5th, 2018 (5 months later) and I was never contacted with a offer for a partial refund. They admitted they lost my property and took responsibility by offering to get the parts from eBay, then nothing happened. My mattress was on the floor for a month and a half waiting on them to fulfill their promise. I spent $500 on two moves and in the end I couldn't even put my bed together due to lack of parts in addition to that the moving company damaged my bed frame during the move as I found all the puncture wounds and scratches after they left.

    Wound up getting a whole new frame from IKEA which was around $250.

    I will be filing a claim with the attorney generals office and the FTC. do not use this company!


    *UPDATE* 7/6
    The owner Andy is spineless and still does not want to resolve the issues I had with them. Instead of refunding me for my damaged property he texted me saying he went to the police because it's extortion to ask for a refund.
    He also requested I remove my reviews or he will press charges. I know my first amendment rights and the difference between asking for what I'm owed and blackmail or extortion. He needs to be in a different industry! At this point I am moving forward and seeking governments assistance with getting my refund.

    (and I have more text messages to add)

    The owner, Andrew, has texted me telling me he "hopes TEMPE POLICE HAVE LOCATED ME BY NOW" as I am extorting him. Come to find out he's never contacted the Police department as they would redirect him to small claims court as this is a civil issue gone ugly. The owner continued to harass and insult me by saying that with all the effort I put in I should channel that into getting a job, which is wild because I have been employed and is how I can afford to have movers. I can also afford to replace my bed that MOVEAHOLICS damaged and lost major components to, which I did, and why I am seeking the amount of the NEW FRAME, nothing more. It is not extortion to state the following to any business, "Hello, this is my final attempt to contact you since you were not responsive to the Better Business Bureau. I requested a refund for the poor service I experienced and have not heard from you since. If still do not hear from you, by the end of day, I will consider it as you will not resolve issues amicably and will be seeking the assistance of a government agency this time, such as the FTC AND the AGO". I know my rights which is why I will not stop until I am refunded and apologized to.
