Thank you guys, I promised to rate you 5 stars. You guys deserved it! Jason was friendly and helpful, pays attention to details and the crew was very professional. No damages, all furniture paded and the quote was straightforward.

They quoted me a minimum of 3 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel time, the move was a little over their quoted price but the service they provided is highly recommended, especially if you value your belongings. They pad and shrinkwrapped all my furniture, bubblewrapped my art and tvs', put them into custom crates. Extremly profesional, everything arrived exactly how it left, orgaganized and beds were rebuilt. They are not the cheapest but there qualiy is unmatched. Thank you!!

I’m not new to moving, I’ve moved 3 this year and I normally do my own moves before I am too afraid of all the negative moving reviews regarding damages and carelessness. However, this company surpassed my expectations, every inch of furniture was protected and wrapped extremely professionally, I was impressed. Price was fair, I will definitely hire them in 6 months, thank you Jason and Robert(movers) and Cody(I think) for keeping me updated with me move, the movers also called my 45 minutes before arrival, thank you!!

I’m not one to typically complain, but my goal with writing this is not to get my money back, but to help defer anyone researching this company with intentions of using them. This company is very deceiving and uses tactics to strong-arm their customers into paying more than double the estimated price you are quoted. You would assume that a company who has done over “5000 moves” would do their due diligence in giving you an estimate near the amount of travel time, moving time, and # of movers to move from Point A to Point B based on their experience/expertise. But this is definitely NOT the case with this company.
I called them for a quote and Cody was super friendly, the company sounded amazing, quoted me a great price ($575) for an “all-inclusive move with 1 hour of travel time MIA to WPB, 3 movers and 3 hours of labor which he states is typically required for a loft/1 bedroom apartment.” (Despite it still being a timed move of which he never mentioned, until the movers arrived and notified me that the rate is per extra $191/hr). They gave me the whole we're not like other companies, no secret fees, etc, etc. That was so far from the truth. I advised them I have a 1 Bedroom apartment with no dining room table or chairs, no coffee table, no side tables, my bed frame was already in pieces, all my stuff was in 10-12 boxes for them already. They quoted me that I only need 3 "moving" hours and 1 hour of travel (Miami to West Palm Beach) with 3 men after asking them for an estimate/quote as to how much time I would realistically need. Upon arrival they were late an hour and 15 minutes. They tell you that they take apart everything and place padded blankets and it is true, but then they use black seran wrap so excessively, to cover every inch of everything they take, beyond the point of keeping things protected all in a ploy to add time to your move (which I didn't realize until half way thru the move that they were taking excessively long to get everything out of my apartment, which is when I realized what was going on and I called the company/manager). I had stated that they were over wrapping everything and that they needed to get moving. Despite the effort, they ended up taking up all 3 hours to just wrap my stuff and load it into the truck with no hand trucks/dolly. When they arrived at the new place, they left many things still unwrapped. It eventually took them twice as many hours as I was quoted, 6 hours to move an apartment with very limited furniture. The estimate, can’t even be considered an estimate, it not even close! At the end, they stated that the hour of driving time that I was quoted is considered the time it took them to get from their warehouse to my first apartment, and that I owed them fees for driving to my second destination and back to their warehouse (which was $191/hr, 1 hour extra in each direction). Pay near $1300 or risk them having the authority to keep all your stuff, this is compared to the $575 that I was initially quoted. I had everything broken down and in boxes and ready for them at the beginning of the move. They also definitely didn’t build any furniture back up. These people sound great over the phone, but do not disclose plenty of information that will cost you a significant amount of money, just to reel you in as a customer. I hope this reviews allow people to be informed of the company’s shady dealings. I know I am not the only one that this has happened too after reading further into the reviews, now. They deleted my negative posts recently, along with a few others on one of their social media pages, skewing what is shown on there to be positive. Terrible company.

Great company, friendly and well educated movers.
The company is family owned, which is why I booked with them. The company has 3 locations, one in Miami, Palm beach and I believe Broward. My experience with the Miami location as I cannot speak about the other 2, was fantastic. They were punctual, professional and very friendly movers. Prices are decent, quality and detail are present. Thank you Moving Around The Clock, highly recommended movers!
Amazing movers, would definitely recommend.
At first I was a little hesitant because I have just heard so much of the moving companies here in Miami. I saw they had good reviews and some bad ones, however I cannot believe some people are so quick to complain! Especially being how amazing these guys treated my move every step of the way. Jason and Daniel are fantastic movers and individuals.
They bill you what they want regardless of actual agreement.
They tell you one thing and bill you what they want. Do not sign any blank papers, even if they pressure you to sign blank forms.
