Terrible customer service.
The movers were on time and loaded quickly but nothing else went well. It has been almost a year since they moved me and I contacted them immediately after the move to report some missing items. I was told they would check the trucks and get back to me. They never did and I had to call them. They did not find any of the items of course. Worse, I had some jewelry stolen out of a bedroom and I was told this was being forwarded to their loss department. Now almost a year later I can't even get hold of anyone. My calls are never answered or returned, no emails are ever answered. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a well known national brand mover! This was the worst moving experience I've ever had!

My experience was horrible. They were unprepared and were not professional movers. They did incredible damage to my furniture and went way over the estimated time. The sales rep was quick to answer my calls before the move, but during and after, would rarely take my calls. The movers put a hole and deep gashes in the drywall. They didn't know what they were doing. I filled out a claim form and have heard nothing back after repeated calls and emails. It was a horrible experience and my furniture is ruined. .

In April I moved from Akron to Cleveland and was given a quote of $299 according to the packing list I submitted. Movers arrived on time and after that it was all down hill. They took frequent breaks as well as taking an hour each to dismantle my refrigerator, bed and couch, which just added to the extra I had to pay. They broke the couch when all they had to do was tape it down. Left behind bolts to put my bed back together at the new place, so I had to sleep on the couch until we could get to old home to pick them up and assemble bed. Refused to load truck with things that were on the packing list, saying 'the truck was full' when nothing had been stacked: all items were spread out on the floor of the truck. I left behind 1/3 of my possessions, which I then lost completely because I was unable to afford to hire someone else to go back and move them for me. I was charged $75 for packing materials when I had supplied all the tape, boxes and clear wrap myself. Entire move cost me nearly $900. My initials were forged on paper that stated that I was happy with the move and had no problems. When unloading my items, they threw boxes and bins on top of one another so that many broke open. Before the move, I was in constant communication with salesman; after move, they were at first just rude to me and then refused to take my calls at all. Beware of dealing with this company. I chose Moving Experts for my move on 1/20/12. The thing I was most pleased with that I was quoted a 5 hour move ($388.00) and that was right on & they took off the extra 15 mins that I went over. The crew was excellent & so polite! They really did a great job, expecially dealing with me & my worries. They took their time but only with my fragile items. No damages, proficient, and done in a timely manner! The day was dreary and my items were wrapped & blankets were put over my furniture for more protection. I couldn't of asked for anything more for my move but for the next time I move, to have the same great experience! Arrival times were between 9 and 11, they were there at 9:45 and ready to go, the move ended at 2:05. No storage was needed, the move was done that day.
