Horrific experience… avoid like the Bubonic plague
My daughter and her family used this company. After almost 3 weeks, their possessions arrived broken

My friends had all of their stuff delivered broke,and I mean everything. The woman's clothes weren't even on the truck. Worst moving co. ever. They had their dryer upside down on top of their washer. The knows were broke off dryer and all scratched up. That is just one thing. Lots more but don't have room to write it all.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS
Do not use these movers! The owner is unorganized and unprofessional and frankly a scammer- he tried to overcharge me for a half-done job. I rented a utility elevator from 9-11. He had 2 guys show up at 10:30! I sent an hr loading my major items onto/off of the elevator with his guys. They were cool and professional. I still have half of my apartment to move out, the utility elevator is booked for the rest of the month, and I was charged for using extra time. I will have to get movers again! The kicker is the owner said the work would have been done with or without my help - had I not started moving stuff out and just waited for his guys we wouldn't have gotten a single load down the elevator! I have to call movers again and go through this process somehow. And the big kicker is the owner tried to take off $50 dollars and charge me $350 for what he claimed was 4 hrs of work like he was doing me a favor! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
Damaged antique rocking chair
We used moving mania to move my mother from Florida to Massachusetts. They were wonderful with packing up belongings but delivery was another story. Items were packed in one truck and transferred somewhere along line to another truck. Delivery was on a day I couldn’t be there, but my mother was (79 years old). They charged her 300 extra for a long delivery - (in apt building). They delivered her mother’s antique rocking chair in pieces - with bolts and duct tape to hold together. Then at end asked her for a tip! Went to put in a claim but saw only would get $30 for an irreplaceable chair. Not sure what kind of “repair” job they thought they were doing. No apology or explanation. Just left against a wall in her living room in pieces. So basically saying their insurance is a joke not worth all the steps to file the claim. So sad to lose a family heirloom but nothing we can do
Long distance from VA to PA
I booked this moving company through a broker (worst decision ever). I did it to save money and found out that brokers lie and in the end I’ve paid as much for this move in hidden and added costs than I would have for a more reputable mover.
They showed up at 11pm on the date my move was scheduled and took twice as long as they said they’d take because one of the two movers left the property for 3 hours to “run an errand”. In the meantime, my household goods were left on my driveway in the rain and got soaked. I was offered 15 days free storage because of this and had to fight for it in the end because they tried to deny they had offered free storage. My walls were wrecked, multiple pieces of furniture were broken and they left packing materials, empty water bottles, and food trash lying around on my floors throughout my house.
Now I’m dealing with trying to get them to deliver my goods to a local storage unit. They told me they’d deliver on a weekend, missed the original date by 6 days and told me they’d charge me $400 extra if I’m not there in the middle of my work day to accept delivery.
Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else to find movers. This company is sloppy, overpriced, and unprofessional.

Poor Communication!We did all our communication over phone. The only time we communicated through email was for me to sign the authorization of my deposit.I was told I'd be dealingwith the person on the phone the whole entire move. He may believe that he was actually going to be the person doing my move. He wasn't. I was told I would be contacted the day before my move (a thursday) to go over my inventory one more time. I was not contacted. The whole day went by and no phone call, so I tried to get in contact with them by phone and by email. Was contacted through email by the person(on my moving day) who said he was going to be doing my move, to tell me that it is the drivers responsibility now. So I called the driver at 9 a.m.rightafter I got the email and ask them what time they would be coming and I was responded with they will call me between 12-3pm to let me know what time that they are showing up. Please note, this is my moving day and I'm being told I won't even be getting a call til at lastest 3pm?? I'm supposed to "move Friday and have Saturday as a spill over day if needed". The movers representative words exactly. I didn't get called by the truck driver til 5pm telling me "I'm calling to set up your moving date for tomorrow". As far as I'm concerned, the contract was null and void. It says on my paper Friday/Saturday. I tried to get my refund and they refuse. So please be warned. They say one thing but do another.

Worst company EVER. Stole items from my move, then made the claim impossible to complete (if one item was missing on the claim, it took multiple emails to find out what, then you couldn't simply fix the claim, you had to start over). Worst customer service every. STAY AWAY.
Do Not Book Moving Mania!
Horrible service! They got the destination address wrong and they also charged me extra from the original quote when They arrived to pick up my household goods. Oh also my things were picked up on a Sunday and I was told within 5-6 days that they would arrive in California. When I called for a status update 5 days after my things were picked up, I was notified my things had not even left the warehouse and they did not know when I would receive my things at my destination!! Disorganized and horrible customer service! What a mess, would NOT recommend.

I had some bad experiences before but these guys were great. Mike quoted me 3 guys for $75/hour + 30 mins travel time. I paid exactly that for 3 hrs. They didn't start the rate until they moved the first item. On-time, quick, exceptionally careful, polite and I will never use another moving company again. Special shout out to Max and the guys!

Even arrived a little early but completed the job before time. Great Job, especially considering my narrow basement stairs and how many different sizes of boxes and containers I have. Courteous, respectful, efficient and extremely fast. Surely recommended! 5 stars!

Crew were terrific. Polite, efficient, careful with my furniture and patient with me. No attitude and were very pleasant throughout the move. Went above and beyond to make the move simple and easy. I totally recommend Moving Mania and these three gentlemen to anyone moving.

Thank god we used movers; we wouldn't really hurt ourselves trying to carry anything in even a way we thought would be smart. They were friendly while doing a fast job and taking care of my furniture. We finished early unloading at my new place and they helped me move things around as I made decorating decision! Recommended!

We had a really smooth and easy move. These guys were great. They were young and energetic. They were hard working and on time. They had a very positive attitude. The move took 4 hours. Never thought moving could be this much easy.

These guys were beyond amazing. I have moved many times and this was my smoothest move ever. Thanks to crew! They were super easy and fast. They did such a great job and were extremely professional. The whole move was completed in less than 4 hours and nothing was scratched or broken.
Crew were incredible!
They worked on moving my studio on the 3rd floor, then moved my boyfriend's apt (who lives 2 miles away), then moved both of our things into our new apt in under 6 hours! I am literally very much impressed. Nothing was lost or broken during the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed local moving help.
