It's all tre..a perfect move :-).
I moved from Southern Ca to Northern Ca about 9 hours away and was very nervous about the whole thing. Vicky and Haim and their whole crew are absolutely amazing. They did such an EXCELLENT job. They made me feel as comfortable as I could. Vicky was always right there on the phone if I had any questions or concerns. The packing they did was so efficient and excellent, the loading was excellent and the delivery was right ON TIME and NOTHING BROKEN. They go the extra mile. They helped me with things that were above and beyond. They care about their customers and they care about their business. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. They did everything right and I would absolutely hire them again and again and again if I ever move again. THANK YOU MOVING PRO'S!! God bless you all!!
Out of state move.
When you move from one home to another it can be very stressful to say the least. If you move out of state it can be beyond stressful. There are so many details that need to be taken care of, any assistance is a blessing. I moved from California to Idaho and it was one of the most stressful projects I have ever completed. I went on-line to get quotes from moving companies with prices that varied $1,000’s of dollars. Then I started reading about all the horror stories that comes along with these companies. I found out that a majority of these companies were “Brokers” that hired Moving companies third hand. What a nightmare trying to figure out where to go from there, I needed help!
Then I called “Moving Pro” and spoke to Vicky. First, they are a Moving company NOT a broker. You can tell as soon as you first speak with Vicky that she was in charge. She is kind, professional, honest and upfront about everything involved. Her company is run by just her and her husband Haim. They both were the nicest people and made everything as easy as it could have been.
Haim came to my home, took an inventory of our belongings and within an hour I had a quote that was very competitive. Through the whole process of moving we were in contact with No surprises and NO fails. Not one!
Everything was delivered just as it was when first packed - Nothing broken, Nothing missing – NOT ONE ITEM. I don’t know how to praise them enough.

Perfect Experience.
Great experience. I initially started packing the whole house myself and when Haim came to see the items moving he said I had done enough and he would pack the rest. You cannot imagine what a relief it was. He preferred to pack them because they packed it more professionally and used less space which would end up cheaper for me. Everything made it over here and nothing they packed was broken.
This move was.. Great move!! Again!!

Terrific experience with Moving Pro Inc., Venice CA.
Great move , with friendly, caring people. My household was packed up by a moving company in Baja, Mx who got it over the border then in Chula Vista we transferred the contents of the truck from Mexico into the Moving Pro Inc. which would be headed to Washington State. The crew from Moving Pro in Chula vista was very conscientious. They added more packing materials where they felt that was needed. I did get charged extra for the additional packing materials but that was ok with me. They were friendly and upbeat. I'd even say that they made sitting in a hot parking lot watching things go from one truck to another almost a little fun! My belongings arrived at the destination sooner than expected, even scheduling the delivery on a Sunday in order to work around MY SCHEDULE. The early delivery was mostly luck because Vicky had explained that it could (I don't remember the exact number of day she mentioned) but well over a week for the my things to arrive at their destination counting from the moment I told them I was there and ready to receive them. This is the way that this company works, and probably why they can offer competitive quotes. Their system was fine in my case because I was driving my car up the pacific coast myself, grateful to be able to take my time. I could see how this may not work as well for families who are flying in, or are in more of a hurry to get their household set up due to work schedules, school schedules or for whatever reason, so think about whether their system works for you or not.. The two man crew who moved my things into the house in Washington were also very professional. They were careful about getting everything placed where I wanted it in the house even if it meant moving the same piece of furniture a few times because I changed my mind, and assembling the furniture when necessary. They were patient, respectful, courteous , and most importantly , they did not scuff my walls, and tried their best to not to track in the mud, and assorted wet debris from my driveway on a rainy day!

I recently had Moving Pro USA move some possessions for my parents. My parents are in their 60's and this is stressful for them, so I wanted to make sure they would be well taken care of by the movers. I wanted them to live near us so that is why they had to move. The sales rep at the office did a great job organizing and scheduling everything. And the moving crew, according to my parents, was in and out quickly and was very careful and polite and nothing was damaged along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to use Moving Pro USA again.
First and last choice.
My first time I used a moving company which is Moving Pro USA and I am satisfied. They came to my apartment on time and moved everything very fast. Sales rep was extremely friendly explaining everything about their service thoroughly. Also, best price in the area. I will say that this is the first mover I have used and I don’t think I need to look elsewhere. They are really that good! Definitely the best choice!

Moving Pro was incredible. The guys made our move so smooth and nice. For me and my wife, this has been our fifth move so far and we had the best experience with this company. Every time we moved, we used a different company and for our last move we hired Moving Pro. We moved from CA to UT. We received such a good service from Danny and his men who arrived at our house on time. They were very nice, friendly and courteous. I can also say that their customer service is very professional and efficient. My wife has a lot of decorations like decorative mirrors, stylish vases, paintings, colorful lamps, etc. She was especially concerned about these things because she did not want them damaged or lost, which happened before. When we came to our new house in Salt Lake City, UT and the guys placed all our things where we told them to, we realized that everything was intact. I think, now, at our new home, the living room looks really good and cozy. We even paid half of the price we expected. These guys strive to do a great job and they are hard working people. If you hire Moving Pro, you will not get disappointed.
