Broken 100 yr old table.
MSS completely snapped the leg off of an antique table that has been in my family over 100 years. It's been 2 months and still not resolved. No response for upper management. Just really bad customer service. Beware.
Horrible service. Cheater.
I requested the international removal service. MSS promised that their crew would arrive between 9am - 12pm on a Saturday. Neither their crew showed up during the specified time nor there is anyone from MSS contacted me. As I must leave the country on the same day, I was very concern if the crew would come at all. I sent them emails and kept calling their hotline for more than 90 minutes but to no avail. I have no choice but to look for alternative service providers.
As MSS did not deliver the service, I requested a refund of deposit of GBP100. One of their staff named "Sam" confirmed in the email that they would return the full deposit in 14 working days. It has now been a week after the promise, they did not refund the deposit to me. They ignored my emails and calls.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Would not recommend.

Hi to all thoes who is looking for reliable moving company. I have used this company is amazing. They packed my items a day before and load up my items 2nd day. I'm so impressed with Mss removal team and I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them to my friends and family. They stand out a bit expensive but I'm happy I made the right choice. In past I used an other removal company but it was terrible experience.

Disappointed.
I moved a few of my items and some of them broke in transit. My advise is to stay away from this company if you have items you are afraid of or can break. The insurance offered is not valid unless they have actually packed the item and then specified each item with price and receipt.
In addition to the broken goods the items were deliver late with little or no apology or refund on whole price.
Disappointed! I would not recommend MSS.

I have used MSS removals for moving my items from uk to Norway and would advise anyone contemplating to use MSS to stay away:
1. The information from the company was unreliable and goods were not delivered as promised
2. Some of the items broke and MSS s insurance do not cover it as they claim all items will need to be declared and packed by them to get it removed - which do not work in practice.
Stay away as they are rather incompetent!

Hi all I used this company last week. I was so stressed out and ked down by one of the removal company I booked. I call MSS REMOVALS to get a price. Was little expensive but im sure its worth the level of service they provide me in very short time. Im glad I found this company and they did my move. I will definatly use them again. And booked them alredy for sending some itmes to Spain. Nice, clean , polite. Very honest. Even they found couple of pounds under my bed and mobile phone I was at the other property. With out my knowldge they can keep it but they came to me and hand over my phone and money..

I used them recently they were fantastic they arrived on time and plus they have blankets to pork text our piano furniture and so other expensive stuff. As you can images you work so hard and get expensive things for living but when it's come to move obvisely you want pure protection and experienced movers as I get the level of services from MSS REMOVALS SHIPPING & storage. Wonderful amazing fast 4 people come to pack and load 3 people to unload. At the end I'm happy my wife and kids already in Germany and I'm going back tomorrow. As I'm leaving uk for next 2 years so I decide to leave a review as my wife hire them because of reviews. Simply amazed recommended to every one looking to move.
London to Canada.
I used them from London to Canada 3 bedroom house as you can imagen. After 25 days of transit our stuff arrived in Ontario. They arranged some local firm here in Canada they came and finish the job as they are in network with movers. Now I'm using them again to send some of my items from Ontario to New York. I'm not using local firm here because I recently moved here so rather than searching local movers its best to let them do it again. I'm happy with their services. My aprtment is been cleaned also by them. Good company. Thanks.

Well moved today localy. They provide 3 man and can service. I cannot ask for more every thing moved within time. Staff was nice and very friendly . One think I want to mention they find some mobile and cash unbelievable they gave me back so I gave them healthy tips because of their honesty. Sales person was nice had a long chat. He came up with attitude that we can do. Well had couple of more companies come around I choose them because their reviews and now I'm writing this review because of honesty and 5 star service they provide me thank you.
Moving & cleaning!
Hi all I used them for moving & cleaning services. They fantastic. Every thing done within time. No problem at all . Every thing went smooth well. I will recommend them to friends & family with out any hesitation. Good service value for money. They done parking suspension for my move at the both properties. Also 4 men was awsome friendly smile all the time. Thank you!

I would like to say big thank you from me and my family. They made our move so stress free as they claim to be. Intially they book survey and stand out very expensive. But as they explain the situation and the packing material involved transit time we consider every thing so we decide to give them go ahead. They pack and move our big Grand piano aswell packed n wraped properly. At the end im in my lovely house in france and im happy. Thank you for great service. They moved us last week due to no internet connection so im writing it today.
