Expensive and unreliable.
Horrible experience, time consuming, expensive, and damaged good are not being reimbursed. BEWARE!! This company is covered under a blanket state contract that only requires then to pay $0.60 per pound for any damaged items. I have several damaged items, one of which cost over $600. I am receiving $81.00 as compensation.
Please beware as a consumer you are not entitled to anything more unless you purchase your own insurance.
Two of the guys that moved my items were lackadaisical with my belongings, as I had to catch several boxes from falling off the dolly, they dropped my plant and spilled soil in my hallway, tore my Lovesac, and took much longer to move my one bedroom apartment than required.
I am ashamed I didn't read the reviews online beforehand, they are mostly poor and I would not have chosen this company and will never recommend it to anyone else.
