Communication with booking manager was clear and prompt. Our move was not easy, with many awkward furniture and stairs. The team was polite, wore masks, and was transparent with their communication. And they worked extremely fast! Their pricing & flexibility is unmatched.

New Horizon Moving moved our small business yesterday. The entire crew was highly professional. They had no problem disassembling all kinds of furniture and equipment, packing it up, and getting it efficiently into the vans. What amazed me is that at the end of the move, as tired as they must have been, they were every bit as friendly as at the beginning. Every request was met with a no problem! and a smile.

These guys are the best. They recently moved my family and me to the 3rd floor of an apartment building carrying everything upstairs. They were highly professional and very friendly. They took the time to wrap all my furniture up to protect it and never complained about going upstairs, even in the 90-degree heat. I would recommend them to anyone moving and will use them again!

I recently used New Horizon Moving to move my business office to another location in TX. Blevins responded quickly to my inquiry and any follow-up questions I had. The cost was reasonable. The movers were a little late as they were stuck on a call in TX, but they called and kept me informed of their new arrival time, so I could attend to other matters. When Blevins and the two other movers arrived, they were courteous and reasonable. They were professional and careful in wrapping and protecting furniture and pictures. I was incredibly impressed with their care to relocate an 8' plant that I had. I would not hesitate to refer New Horizon Moving to a friend.
Time saver!
New Horizon Moving were lifesavers for my move this past weekend. I needed affordable movers to help move my furniture and bed, and they came to my rescue. I had a complicated platform bed frame, and they knew exactly how to disassemble and reassemble it. The movers were definitely very experienced, and they were very reasonable and worked very efficiently. They gave the best price and service.

The team showed up right at 8am ready to go! The foreman I worked with was Reilly, who was just incredible. Reilly and his team worked so fast they had loaded everything onto the truck before noon! After their break and lunch, they met us at our new house. Unloading everything took a little over 2 hours (again, this team works FAST). They even rolled out mats in our home for their walking paths so our floors wouldn't get dirty. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I literally never want to move again, but if I do, I will for sure be calling Reilly and his team to help me!
All did Well!
And it did. The movers showed up on time, were very careful with all our furniture, and delivered on time, without damaging a single thing. They were fast, kind, willing to listen, and showed flexibility when needed. Thank you! Kenneth was very helpful in getting everything scheduled and giving me the confidence that our move from CA to NE would go great.

All things went great, no issues. They were efficient followed up well; even when they were on the way to collect the stuff, they advised the time they were reaching. Very efficient no time vesting. I will definitely use it in the future and recommend it to friends.

Jarrett and his team did a fantastic job moving our house. They moved us in much less time than we initially thought. They are very reasonably priced, and there are no hidden fees. His team was very respectful and easy to work with. All my stuff was moved without any issues, although my house has many stairs. I would use their services for any of my moving needs.

The team was incredibly professional and courteous, saying excuse I, thank you, and you're welcome about 100x more than I've ever heard from a mover. They were careful with our stuff, didn't grumble when I asked them to take something back downstairs or rearrange something, and never made me feel rushed or stressed out. They actually were the least stressful part of the whole move. I'm glad I decided to go for a more premium experience, and I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Robert and his team made a recent move for us. He was very organized and responsive in his communication, candid and accurate in his estimates. His crew worked very hard and efficiently at packing and moving us. The best moving experience I have had to date, and I highly recommend them.

This was my first time using New Horizon Moving. My two movers were on time, efficient in loading and unloading my things, very polite and just made my move so much easier. Lee was the person to make my reservation was extensive and excellent over the phone too, which says a lot compared to other moving companies.
