Overseas move from Tampa de Barcelona (Spain)
I want to express to Ben and the rest of the team of professionals, my gratitude for everything you have done to take care of my belongings in such a long trip from Tampa (USA) to Barcelona (Spain) despite the Covid restrictions.
My boxes arrived in which I consider very good shape, with just few of them "bruised" by the journey . I have not opened them yet, but I do not expect to find damaged or broken items, due to the good shape of the outside boxes.
Ben just didn't only guide me through all the steps and paperwork but he did it with patience and understanding of my emotional and mental stress I was going through at the time. For that I am extremely grateful.
I highly recomend them!!

I could not be happier with the level of service provided by the Nobel relocations. Mark had the time and patience to walk me through the whole process. Helping me and assuring me every step of the way. Their packaging team was very polite, efficient, fast and careful. Their people back in Brazil were very professional and kept me updated all the time. Finally the moving guys came that came to my house were also great. I didn’t need to worry so much…
I had a move of close to 2,000 cubic feet from NY to FL. I heard so many horror stories about movers and on top of it, it is the top moving time so I was ready for a disaster. I guess I was lucky.
I work on the estimate with a lovely gentlemen name Ben from the Miami office. He really did all he could to please me. It was a very pleasant experience. Taken few quotes, Nobel provided a competitive price for 28 feet solo moving truck (not consolidated tractor trailer with others) where it was delivered 1,300 mile away in 3 days…the team which came from the Baltimore branch came exactly on time, were very well equipped and very nice. Safely packaged all my items and work very clean and did not do any damage. The shipment came with ZERO broken items. I couldn’t believe it. The leader Fernando, said the truck had air suspension that made the ride not as bumpy but I think the careful packing and how they organized the truck helped.
Thank you Nobel for making the move easier.
The Worst Moving Experience in my 50+ years!
We have all had good and bad moving experiences. I will never forget this one. My worst experience was with NOBEL MOVERS-Never Never Nobel. It was a Nobel Nightmare-they charged a fortune, stole cash from a wallet, broke several items, I worked with them for months to try to submit a claim-they never paid a cent for the damages-it was a NOBEL NIGHTMARE. I hope this review will save others from a Nobel Nightmare.
Shipping times and communications
It has been over a month since pickup and I am still waiting for my goods to be shipped. There was also an overcharge in one of the invoice, but glad that the invoice issue was solved. At this point I am just hoping to receive my goods intact.

Shipment from Dubai, UAE to Georgia, USA
Nobel Relocation was the US end of our international move back to the US. When we made the original arrangement we had it going to the Metro-Atlanta area. After our return, we requested a change to the final destination due to the location of new employment (was uncertain upon departure due to COVID-19 layoffs). Several months later and no follow-up by a Nobel representative, here is a review based on what we learned during our repatriation move.
We were asked by Nobel to pay an additional $880 for the new destination, 2.5/3 hours from Atlanta, but actually closer to the port of entry, Savannah. This was done less than 3 weeks after our items were packed up and barely on the way with the extended times for 2020, so ample time to have the manifest changed ( 6 weeks actually 10 weeks), but this option was not presented... There was no attempt by Nobel to work with the origination shippers to have the changes made on our behalf in helping us understand the process from the US side. They were very quick to charge us the additional money and send the container to Atlanta via rail and then back south via truck with a separate crew driving from ATL to unpack. Not only was it money that should not have been requested since there was time for change as we found out later in the process. It was also a waste of fuel, man hours, and added additional days in getting our household items.
Sadly, the crew of two which should have been three showed up from Atlanta late hoping for more help. They had to unpack the container in an hour so their company wouldn’t get charged time from the tractor trailer driver. In trying to be efficient, they did an amazing job with the move in, but then asked for a tip. Knowing we had paid $880 for the unnecessary transit and extra days of delay, I told the lead to tell his supervisor that there was plenty of money for the two movers to be paid a bonus for their work. So the ones who did the most work, got the shaft like us. Also, they asked that we fill out the review paperwork of the move. They were fine, but in working with Nobel to clarify options, and even asking for the manifest to be changed while the shipment was held up in customs, two stars is about all I can give. This is over communication with limited timely feedback, vagueness of delays - so poor customer service, and excessive charges that should not have happened. While we are thankful that all of our items came safely, that was because of the shippers in Dubai. It seems like Nobel avoided any dialogue with the originators to help them understand the differences in the distances to the US port and transportation modes as they didn’t want to have to admit there was another solution and hence refund the money.
Shipment from Florida to Belgium
First class service from the begining to the end. all the boxes arrived in great shape and bicycles and water toys were all well wrapped up. The only minor frustation was the time in transit especially in Miami but we were in no rush
Made a stressful move flawless
I was moving a 4 bedroom home in Florida to France. Unfortunately I was in France when our Covid confinement started in March 2020 and I was not able to return to the US to assist with the move. My realtor called me and said that the Tampa area would lock down as well and we needed to move up the moving date by one week. Ben and his team were able to advance my move by one week. With the help of family and friends and the Nobel movers my house got packed up and sent to France. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Even sand dollars that we collected were intact! The movers on the French side said they were impressed with the packing. It was a very stressful time and I was heartbroken not to say goodbye to my house but the move was flawless.
EXCELLENT SERVICE
We have had an excellent service provided by Nobel. The team was great and always here to help. The move was an international one and Nobel was in charge of everything but had to work with a partner company here in France. The partner company did not react well at the beginning but thanks to the Team and particularly to Ben, everything went finally good. I strongly recommend them.

Removal from Florida to The Netherlands.
Nobel was one of several companies I contacted regarding our move to The Netherlands. They were not the cheapest offer but were certainly not the most expensive.Shirly Cohen who was our contact person sealed the deal for us. She was able to professionally answer all our questions & nothing was too much trouble. We made the right decision for sure.Nobels service was excellent and all our possession s arrived in perfect condition at the agreed time.

I found Nobel relocation with online search. I was then contacted by Ben for my move from Atlanta to Sydney. Ben was able to guide me through the process and answered all the questions I had.
Our move was tricky as the Covid situation had just begun. He ensured the movers arrived as scheduled and they were very professional. The shipment arrived on time and there were no issues with customs either.
After the shipment was sent I had to alter my plans and needed help with arranging storage for few months. The local storage company charged me a higher rate but
Ben made sure I got an excellent deal with the storage.
I highly recommend Nobel Relocation and especially Ben.
