  1. Tiny Home Transport

One Call Logistics delivered my tiny home from PA to FL from Liberation tiny homes. The driver was outstanding and the communication was great. We highly recommend One Call!

  2. Don’t engage. Not reliable.

Warning for other unaware customers. Company is not reliable and do not fulfill their contractual obligations. They damaged my tiny home and left it in the middle of nowhere after I paid them upfront.

  3. Great Service

We just had our 2013 Dutchman Denali transported cross country! Taylor with One Call literally babysat me through this process, she is incredible!! The driver was fantastic we are very happy with their service. When they say they handle any problems they do.

  4. Car transport

One Call Logistics transported my 2 vehicles from FL to SC on time and accommodated all of my requests. Taylor was awesome and the booking process was super easy! I highly recommend using One Call.

  5. Two weeks later and i’m still hungover from my experience

RUN from this company. Above all, Taylor is a crook.

Not only was I dispatched a 13k lb capacity truck for a clearly stated (multiple times) 14k lb. trailer, but my driver and i’s calls were both ignored at the time we discovered this issue and forced to deal with it on our own.

I was quoted $1100 for the 200 mile move and ended up paying an unexpected $800 for two spare tires the day before the move (a piece of legal information that should have been communicated at the time I was quoted) Next, my driver had to Personally purchase oversized load signs and blinkers and had to hire a pilot car on spot because this information was not communicated to him.

I called Taylor and told her she owes my driver the $225 (a very low price for a surprise pilot car) and in a five minute conversation she said “if I’m being honest” at least seven times. Honest people don’t constantly state that they’re being honest. She told me she’d get Matt his money. A week later she hasn’t gotten him his money, hasn’t returned my text asking if he had been payed, and also deleted a comment I had posted on their Instagram requesting that they remove the photo of my house with some dumb caption about “another successful transport” because I didn’t feel comfortable with them using me to advertise their unsuccessful “successes”. All they had to do was delete a photo but they deleted my request instead.

I paid almost twice what I was quoted and then lied to about something being done about it and then ignored.

Not only is it unprofessional, but it’s really, really shady.

    Taylor is a shady person.

  6. The best..

Trust me when I say this is the best, most professional, company out there for transport. A very personal vibe from the staff, specifically Taylor who ALWAYS answers the phone! Alfonso the driver of my mobile home was top class. Again, very personal and professional..Dont look any further you found the place. I would give them a rating of 10 stars. Look no further.

  7. ONE CALL LOGISTICS INC. is a rip off.

One call logistics at 898 Union Pacific street in Fillmore California and owner Ralph Jimenez was hired by me to transport my 1965 Classic Chevy Bel Air 2 door from Las Vegas to Palm Springs. Upon delivery Jimenez delivered my car with 2 broken tie rod ends ( due to not securing car in trailer) 22 miles more on my odometer than when picked up and $9,000.00 in damages to the passenger side of the car from the passenger door all the way to the rear bumper. Jason McCormick owner of McCormick car auctions called me to tell me what happened, not Jimenez. When I called Jimenez denied any damage on car and fled the scene. This guy does not have any insurance so if you are stupid enough to use him you will get screwed.
