  1. Backed Out Hours Before Move!!

    This mover back out on me at 8:30 at night the night before I had to move. It really put me in a bind, and was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Do NOT use this company. I am a local professor moving closer to work, and we agreed to a price over the phone and planned a time to meet so he could look at all my furniture and plan. Since I was taking my pets to the new house to set them up there, and wasn't sure I would be home by the arranged time, I told him I would text him if I were going to be late. 40 minutes before our meeting I texted him and told him I would be late, and would text him when I was 30 minutes out. Which I did.   When I got home, his card was in the door, and when I called him he accused me of "setting them up." For what, right? I told him I was not, but he retained his bad attitude and refused to complete the agreed upon service. It isn't easy to find a new mover at 9:00 at night!   As a single woman, I am horrified by the owner's behavior. I am pretty sure his education level is really low, as was evidenced by his unprovoked paranoia. I will repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  2. Moving? Beware!!

    This company was a nightmare after all was done and said! They showed up early to start the move which was kind of ok but there were children to get to school and I wanted to be back from the school run in time for the movers.   They were in a big hurry and when the whole thing was over I had 10 pieces of very expensive furniture damaged.  Some was noticed right away and others after they left.  I contacted the owner and he said he would take care of it but in the end he only addressed one piece of furniture.  He told me to take pictures and I did but nothing ever came of the other damages.  After contacting him again he claimed I waited more than the 48 hour time limit to make my claim.  Pictures were sent within 24 hours.  Any time I contact him now he just puts the phone aside while I am talking and then in a few minutes he just hangs up.  I just want to warn others.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY WILL TEAR YOUR STUFF UP AND THEY DONT CARE!!

  3. Moving Company from Hell.

    I received the flat rate price over the phone however once the owner arrived he stated that it will be one hour more, which was charged at a rate of $80/hr. The truck was too small and they forced my furniture in a small truck. Upon their arrival to the delivery destination they could not get the couches out of the truck and destroyed them in the process. I was told by the owner, Mr. Jenkins, that they have insurance, first I was given a wrong insurance company which was Sauls Insurance Company when I called the insurance Company told me they did not have insurance with them. I put the Policy number Mr. Jenkins gave me into Google search engine and found an Insurance company name Grange however One Call We Haul did not have Cargo Insurance with Grange hence my claim cannot be honored. I have been trying to resolve this situation amicable however so far, to no avail.  .
