Excellent service on time!
Had to move around the holidays for a new job opportunity from California to Minnesota and Oxford relocation made it easy from start to finish the process was smooth and everything was on time just like they promised I definitely recommend using there services 5 stars.
Made us very happy!
Wow! We have moved 5 times in the last fifteen years and have never had such a wonderful experience. Moving and wonderful usually don’t even fit into the same sentence. First, John stopped by our place two day early to survey the goods and gave an accurate estimate. Then Rob BryAn and Dillan helped my family move from our 4 bedroom townhouse to a 5 bedroom single family home. They showed up on time, worked diligently with care for nearly 9 hours, and eased the strain of an otherwise stressful process with warm personalities and strong work ethic. Do not hesitate to hire Oxford Relocation!
What an awful experience.
I couldn't have imagined a worse experience. I deal with moving companies all the time for my job so when I saw a company with good reviews and a good price I was jumping for joy. I hired Tom and Scott for my mom's move from WI to CA and was quoted $1900. They told me "We will take care of your mom and you wont pay a penny more". When the movers came (They used Cobra Van Lines which had tens of horrible reviews), the price was all of a sudden $2400. I can see a small increase of $100-$200 but not a 26% increase. You think this is the worst part? We were told that our stuff will be in CA in storage for 30 days and when we are ready to take delivery, we should simply call. Even the driver said "Once you find a place, we will be there in 3 days." We signed a lease and called both Oxford and Cobra only to find out the stuff never left the midwest and is going to take 21 business days to get to CA! When I called both companies to get help, they blamed each other and said "sorry they weren't upfront with you." We are now stuck paying for an empty apartment, with no place for my mom to stay, and no belongings. This is the most ridiculous process I have ever seen and this move will end up costing us many thousands of dollars.
