  1. Terrible Company.

    **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Like you, I thought "Oh, well only people who have bad experiences post on yelp. I'm sure none of the things that happened to these people will happen to me." That was very naïve of me. AtP hired another company, Most Valuable Movers, to load our stuff. They just didn't show up on the day that they were supposed to come, then 2 days later when they rescheduled, they were 5 hours late with no phone call. AtP had quoted us one price for everything that I told them we had, after everything was loaded into the moving truck, the movers said they had to charge us an additional $700 because we took up more space that AtP told them. We were reluctant, but paid them. They were supposed to deliver our things in 3 days, it took 3 weeks for our stuff to show up. We tried calling both companies with no response. When I finally did get a hold of AtP, they said that it was my fault it took 3 weeks for our stuff to get to our new place and also ended 2 phone calls with "F**k you" and then asked if I wanted to come for Florida to fight him. When our stuff finally got to our new place, the moving company wanted to charge us more because there were steps. In our moving contract it said that the price included 2 sets of stairs. I don't think I've ever been as mad at a company. Save yourself the trouble and do it yourself, or use literally anyone else.

  2. Belogings and Vehicle 15 days late and counting.

    Company had a promised delivery date of november 2nd or 3rd and it is now the 18th and I have yet to receive my belongings, including my vehicle. The employee who sold me the service will not return phone calls or emails. not once have I received a courtesy call letting me know where my belongings were at any point in time. Very rarely can I get ahold of him and when I do he doesn't have any information for me and says he will call me back but never does(Steve Kovic). Steve told me if I want info I have to call this shawn character. last time I was able to get ahold of steve was november 12th where he told me the truck broke down in Manitoba and should be back on the road shortly and he advised me to speak with shawn. Once I got ahold of shawn, he had let me know that my items have yet to leave calgary even though my delivery date as per my invoice was 10 days prior and he continued to say that he didn;t know it was urgent. I am dealing with the office base out of calgary .

  3. Don't waste your time!

    To make a long story short dealing with this company was awful. They picked up my things 3 days later than they said they would and changed the delivery time 4 times with a different excuse each time. They never called me to say it wouldn't be on time, I had to make sure I called them every day (if not multiple times a day) to find out what was going on with my things. They make you pay upfront so they didn't bother offering me a discount and getting an apology from them was like pulling teeth. I find it funny that their website states "100% satisfaction guaranteed" AND has testimonials (something I never trust) Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.

  4. Undelivered, unprofessional, untrustworthy.

    Wouldn't recommend them. Ever.

    My belongings were jammed into two 'pod' containers when they delivered my things. When the door was opened, boxes fell out onto the pavement.

    When everything was finally unloaded, I discovered that several boxes from my kitchen, a Tupper ware container of Christmas decorations and a large silk rug were missing. And I had someone else’s top for a coffee table.

    As there was no manifest taken when my belongings were loaded, they couldn't even identify where those things might be. I was given some ridiculous excuse for why there was no manifest and told that they could still be in their warehouse or perhaps were delivered to someone else on Vancouver Island. I was told that they would check and get back to me. After two days; no word.

    When they finally returned my call, Boris told me that there were several 'unclaimed' boxes in his warehouse and that he would have them delivered to me. The only box to show up at my house: the Christmas decorations. To date, I am still missing the rug, a champion juicer, several small appliances and a craftsman wrench set. Stolen? Misplaced? Delivered to someone else?

    I still have the tabletop if anyone is looking for it.
