Nightmare movers
These are the worst movers in the business. They lied, stole, broke personal items and antique furniture. Chris is a liar and so is the owner. Taz and his toothless woman are thieves and apparently broke collectables on purpose. They hire druggies and bottom of the barrel workers. (one day workers). You can not do worse than these people.
Great Company.
Everyone that I deal with at this company was outstanding. The estimate that I was given by a different company was corrected by several thousand dollars by Platinum. Pickup, storage and delivery was outstanding. Very personal and comforting staff. Willing to go above and beyond in order to help.
Mover review.
I have moved 8 times in the last ten years, and have been displeased with the service for most of the moves. Platinum Relocations LLC was by far the most professional, courteous, careful, and fastest movers that I have had the pleasure to work with. Justin and Eric were wonderful. I will use this organization for any future move. I give them the highest recommendation.
Furniture Move.
Platinum Relocators moved heavy kitchen appliances, heavy granite pieces and washer and dryer into my home after remodeling was completed. They even reconnected my washer and dryer.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and highly professional. I knew I could expect the service to be superior, and I was still impressed. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
Relocation/Moving Service.
I am very impressed with Platinum Relocation Services. The owners of the company met with me personally to see how they could help me with all aspects of my business. They also took my emergency call after normal business hours to help me with a "difficult" situation. Their employees who actually facilitated the move were well-mannered, well-dressed, very professional, quick, careful, and polite. What more could you ask for. Thank you so much. Great Movers.
Lou and Curtis were our movers, and they did a great job. They were very careful with everything, including a heavy awkward bar that should have had 4 men. And they never stopped working during an 8 hour move. I don't look forward to moving again, but I will use Platinum Relocation when that time comes. Their charges were very fair and based on actual time.
Platinum Relocations.
Moving is very stressful and a pain. I do have to say, that hiring Platinum Relocations to move me this year was such a relief. I have hired movers in the past that charged by hour and took their time moving me. Both movers sent from Platinum Relocations were quick and gentle with my items. One mover was actually running back into the house each time. I honestly was very impressed. Both movers gently wrapped all of my furniture and frames that were too big to fit into boxes. They did the job in less than 2 hours and took my things to be packed into their storage units. I will be referring my friends and family to this company guaranteed!
Best Movers in Tampa!
I have moved abotu 10 times since I moved to Tampa in 2005 and I used movers 4 of those times. The first company got into a verbal fight with my dad about the rate because they charged random hidden fees at the end and threaten to take everything back to the pick up point :( The 2nd company was great, but VERY expensive. 2 weeks before we moved from a 2/1.5 2 story duplex to a 3/2 house (also 2 story) I met Janine from Platinum Relocations. Within 2 days of my emailing her I had a quote and confirmation. Everyone I worked with was very professional and prompt in responsding to questions. The only fee was for gas and it was very reasonable!! My movers were Louis and Curtis - both had over 10 years of experience moving and were polite, professional, and organized. They even got my GIANT bedroom dresser up the narrow stairs and hallway in our new house (which when I measured was not going to be possible) I have already recommended them to several of my friends moving this year and will use them next time we move! A million stars!! :) .
Excellent Customer Service.
Platinum Relocations moved my belongings from my townhome to a single family home. I had an excellent experience using Platinum Relocations for my recent move. The movers were professional, respectful of my furniture and belongings, and worked hard to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. I felt that they went above and beyond to care for my things while loading and unloading them off of the truck, and were very careful inside of my home as well while physically moving the items. It was a rainy day outside, but that didn't slow them down at all. Their supervisor, Jamie, was very professional and stayed on top of things the entire time. I would use this company again and would refer my friends and family to them for any of their moving needs as well.
