Long distance move
At first I thought I was dealing with a really great company. However, once I paid for my shipment and had my belongings delivered, I discovered several “missing” items, namely my safe. When I called to see if anyone could tell me where my things are, I spoke to the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. This man spoke to me like I was totally incapable of understanding basic English and essentially told me that it’s my fault that my things are missing and that Premier Van Lines has no intention of even looking for my belongings. I was told the only way they would even consider looking for my supposedly lost (I’m beginning think stolen) belongings was if I hire an attorney. Horrible customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t use this moving company.

Just had a furniture delivery to Boca Raton, FL from New Jersey and I have to say it was the greatest choice for a moving company. Everyone in this company, from start to finish was completely professional, friendly and trustworthy. Every question was answered by the customer service agents. Let me also give a shout out to Lee the driver who was terrific. He kept in touch with me about delivery day/time. I am so very pleased and impressed. The prices were very fair and I would absolutely use them again! Thanks the great service!
