Premium Moving Service.
I Hired and they picked up July 6th, was told 21 business days but they never put a date of delivery on my bill of Lading. After 21 business days past, I called and was told my stuff had been put in storage in NJ by mistake. My bill of Lad has the storage unit address at which I bought the same day as delivery. After many attempts to call/email/ no one would return any of my calls. Its not Aug 25th and still do not have any of my things. I disputed my credit card charge and then was told they are keeping my stuff until it is paid and I paid with both check and credit card. Please avoid at all cost.
Been waiting 2 months and counting.
I hired Premium Moving Service to pack and deliver my apt belongings from Cambridge, MA to San Francisco, CA on June 9, 2018. Throughout the process, the company has only responded to my dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails only three times. I have called nearly every day for the last 3 weeks, and only once has someone picked up the phone. Although my earliest available date was June 25, the contract states that I should receive my items within a 21 business day window. The company has given me several misleading ETAs. On July 3, I called my main point of contact who said that my truck should be leaving the following week and that I most likely would not have to wait the full 21 day window for my belongings, but that she would give me an estimate by Tuesday. The following week, I attempted to cal/email every day, with no response. On July 13, I finally called my trucker driver (who packed my boxes) who said that my main point of contact was on vacation (with no OOO message), and that my things were still in storage in NJ. The following week, I got a hold of my main point of contact who said that my truck should be leaving by July 18. The following week, I tried calling again with no response. Today, I finally got a hold of my truck driver again who said that my belongings are still in storage and won't leave until August 3-5. It is now past the 21 business day window, my belongings are still in storage in NJ, have NOT left the facility en route to California, and won't be arriving for at least another several weeks.
