The service from phone call to arrange van kept up to date with what time they would collect and deliver items to next address was excellent the men were very helpful and followed Covid guidelines excellent service thank you. I don’t have any complaints, and I would use them again without any doubt!

Horrible experience
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- They are a broker and thus, are a 3rd party, so when something goes wrong, which it will, they are not responsible. Their insurance claim process offered me $21, since it is by WEIGHT!!! really- and they love to call back Friday evening, late....so not a great help Also, this has been going on for over 3 months

This brokerage hires companies to pick your stuff up, and as of now, 2 months later I have not received my stuff. They do not pick up the phone or answer the emails. I have spoken to other people who said they NEVER RECEIVED THEIR GOODS. This is a scam company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR STUFF OR IT WILL BE DAMAGE OF REALLY LATE (If you are lucky)!
