  1. Stay away from these thieves.

Proamerica, prestige relocations, greenpoint van line is the same dirty company. Please save yourself from having premature heart disease by staying away from these thieves. Tresa, this ugly creature will initially tell you anything you want to hear untill she gets you into the trap, after that this snake will turn into the the most rude person you've ever seen, I'm sure she will burn in hell for what she did to innocent unsuspected people. These criminals will keep lying and lying, they will over-charge you alot and alot of money after they get your furniture, they will never deliver it on time, they held my furniture for 5 weeks and deliver it damaged. They will change their name every few months after they get exposed.

  2. ProAmerica Moving and Storage Prestige Relocations ties to Cross America.

These people change their own names and their company names like you and I change underwear. Thieves, crooks, fraauds, hostage takers. Beware Ripoffs. Cross America, Prestige Relocations, Proamerica Moving and Storage - What a hoax.

CROSS AMERICA RELOCATION Alert! Do NOT fall for these guys operating out of Houston TX. They are currently holding my goods " hostage" for more money in Houston. They have refused to ship totallyy and now they are refusing to release my goods to another mover that I had go over there UNLESS I come up with an additional $1200.00!! "for their trouble"..They told my attorney via phone on Oct. 29th at 3 pm to tell me to come get them and that I would have no problems, then they changed that to a $600 demand at 5PM on Oct. 29th, That became $1200 the moment my movers got there at 9 am on Oct. 30th..They will not release my goods. They have threatened to "throw them in a dumpster, put them by the curb, and auction them off! I have filed a police report with the Austin Police Dept, the Houston PD, the Texas State Attorney General's Office and also a complaint with DOT. I am still trying to get my goods.. I am on here to want to warn others. The names on the BBB (which gave them an F by the way ) are Jakob Krii (who also goes by the name of Jason Levy), Eran (Tony) Rozenthal and Teresa Martin. Unfortunately, they have a very good sales person/office manager (Teresa Martin) working for them that seems like your best friend until things get ugly.

  3. Proamerica Moving and Storage is Prestige Relocations is Greenpoint Van Lines.

Prestige Relocations just changed their name to Proamerica Moving and Storage, a year ago it was Greenpoint Van lines. Tresa Morgan and Tony, Daryl Thomas and Geneis Thoams run the office in Stafford, Texas - call the Stafford Police Department and report them or inquire about them 281-261-3950. Read all the reviews about hteir stealing, holding goods hostage for ransom, lying, cheating, stealing. Do not believe a word they tell you - they will say anything to get your money. Ask their insurance carrier - Kim Dane at King Phillip Ins about them 281-608-8452. Ask Rick their Moving supervisor and thief about his arrest record - 832-387-3128, ask Daryl about his affiliations with law enforcement and jail time - 2811-857-9764. They have the same address in Stafford, Texas for now 238 Ave E

This is how they will operate:

    1. They will show up to your location with Penske rented trucks - just like what you would rent( no signage or reference to Prestige ), with a supervisor named "Rick" or something who will not show his license.

2.The rest of the movers will not speak much if any English, they will try to sell you boxes and reinforce they want tips at the end of packing and loading.

    3. They will try to have you sign blank documents, unfilled inventory lists, and they may even "run out of inventory forms and fill out blank sheets of paper.

    4. They will not provide credentials, provide a copy of the movers rights booklet, or any required information.

    5. They will ask for a tip when done, ask you to provide money for the 70% of the quoted price - in cash or check - it will be cashed that day by Rick endorsed as Proamerica or Prestige.

    5. They will not provide true ,valid weight tickets for your goods - this allows them to fraudulently weigh your goods at a weigh station near Houston, probably Brookshire Texas, Loves Store CAT scale. They do not want you to accompany them to the scale to see what they are doing - so they can falsify the data.

    6. You will receive a call from Tresa (Morgan) from Proamerica after the moving crew returns to their little warehouse at 238 Ave E in Stafford, Texas - she will inform you that your weight was much higher than what was quoted and your new quote is higher and requires you to send them much more money - Tresa or Daroll, Tony will tell you you have to send this money to have your goods sent to the final destination or they could be sold at auction.

    7. If you don't have the money to complete the new revised quote, they will consider you breaking the contract and you can go to the 238 Stafford location to pick it up for another ransom fee - maybe less than the revised quote - some people get a lawyer at this point and agree to sign a release to get their goods, some pay the ransom - in cash

    8. If you pay the ransom , the same crew that packed and loaded your items - will unwrap all the items they packed and place what is left of your goods, broken and unbroken in the parking lot and let you load them into your own truck or car.

    9. They will ask you to sign a release as a condition of getting your goods and receiving the cash and tell you it does not mean anything and they will pay for anything broken or missing - just to let them know after you are done loading youe own goods.

    10. You will find that your valuables have been stolen, they will take what they consider valuable and or pawnable. Tresa, an older raspy smoking voiced, blonde bleached gray headed, blind in one eye, claims its the only job she can get manager of Proamerica will tell you anything to get your money and be done with you.

    11. Tresa, Tony (Daroll), Genesis- Darolls' daughter, the two dogs, and the revolving door of people they train and who quit after they can't stand working with criminals will tell you you have broken your contract, signed a release, and do not have any recourse with insurance - they don't have it, with the police - it's a civil matter, or any other agency.
