  1. More than a month after pickup. They don't know where the goods are.

    Move from Michigan to Maine. 6/28/2019 -- Still waiting as of 8/1/2019
    Use this company if 1. You are going on a month-long vacation after giving them your goods. 2. You don't care if your items will arrive in time or they will arrive at all.
    It all started with a pleasing person who started the deal, the "relocation specialist". Before the deal, he is so nice that he says he is available 24/7 to help us. Then, came the drivers and unexpected things started to happen. Still at that time, we were too naive to suspect anything. We had told him what items we had. We actually overstated the amount of goods we had. We had less number of boxes than we estimated. Still, the driver charged us more saying our items took more space than booked. We were also charged fuel surcharge, in contrast to the deal. However, we did not care much. We were in a rush to leave the apartment we were living in.

    We came to our new place in Maine, hoping that they would arrive around 7/10/2019. We waited a few days, and when the goods did not arrive, we started calling them - the "relocation manager" and the customer service. For 1000-1500 miles, they said we need to wait for 2-14 business days, that's about the number of miles from pick-up to destination. They would never say where the goods were. All they said was, the delivery driver would call us 24 hours prior. Nothing happened. Then, they gave us the number of "dispatch center". Nobody picks up. There is no dispatch center. The "relocation manager" hasn't lost his cool, but the customer service has been rude when answering questions.

    We are now seriously concerned that our goods will ever arrive. The most dangerous fear is, the moving company does not know where the goods are. How can I ever expect that we will receive them?

    Well, we may get our belongings sometime, most likely broken or stolen. We may never get them. But, I would like to share our experience before you decide to use this mover.

  2. Worst service ever.

    They act super nice and friendly when they are setting up your appointment but disappear as soon as you need them.

    The moving company they hired, since they are just brokers, overcharged me, ruined numerous items, and were immensely unpleasant. The Operations Manager from ProMasters said that they would follow up but never did. They will absolutely screen your calls as soon as you give them your money.

    Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else than dealing with ProMaster Movers.

  3. Made me feel comfortable in my move.

    This company went above and beyond to inform me of everything to expect and how to better prepare myself for the move. At first I thought that they were being rather tedious in explaining every detail- but on move day, if it were not for them, I would have been lost, and most likely broke from the movers "packing prices". Needless to say I was fully prepared and packed and had no extra charges. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.

  4. Glad I trusted them!

    The reason I went with Promaster Movers is because they seemed HONEST when reserving. My sales rep was Jenna. Everyone else at other companies whom I spoke with it sounded like they were sales pitching me! This company told me the good, the bad and the ugly about moving. Move went smooth, and they get 5 stars in my book! I need to keep typing for my review so I'll say it was on time, and the price did not change since I told them everything up front.
